I got two purples last night on my brute during about 8 paper missions set for +1/x8. The rest was garbage, but it was the right AMOUNT of garbage!

I didn't get a chance to test until this morning, but ran the Unai 1st dimension map this morning at 0/8 and had to leave to sell before clearing the map. No purples, but made a good dent toward the cash I need for her next build and had a LoTG Def drop that allowed me to put some nice bids in on recipes I did need.

My bots/traps loves this change, and so does my level 30 warshade who found a purple while playing with some SG mates last night.

I use to be a lifeguard at Siesta Beach and the bikini clad women were a plenty. Those were the days.

Ditto! Very happy that I'm getting decent recipe drops again. I ran 2 missions set for 8 last night, and I got nothing earth-shattering but at least I got a nice supply of drops. I know that if I keep doing that, I'll get something good eventually. ^_^

Im not too sure about the drop fix. Some of my toons doing TF's showed a fixed drop rate. Other running through regular missions, didn't showed up a drop rate improvement. I'll check today to confirm this issue.
Anyway i add to the OP on the "thanks devs" stuff.

The markets seem to be freaking out already over this change.
Salvage isn't selling. No point in selling basic IO recipes on the market when you can get twice as much at a store.
Very odd market times ahead methinks.

I received an Apocalypse Damage IO and a respec recipe last night, both from the same mob. I was pretty stoked.
EDIT: I just ran my brute through one of TV maps and received 20 recipes (8 set) and didn't even make it 75% through the map. I'm set at x8 difficult with bosses. I likey.

I got three purples on my Brute last night. Solo'd missions set +0/4x/Bosses/No AVs and ended the night by taking out Lord Recluse with a KO Blow to the noggin' and dinging 50 at the same time. Blew 300 merits on random rolls and logged in this morning 300 million infamy richer.
