I should hire an investor....
I'm actually surprised there isn't someone who's offering to take your influence/infamy, invest it and then take a cut (say 30-40%?) of profits. However, anyone who's really good at this probably would want to spend their time investing their own funds instead of someone else's. Still, an amassed pool of funds could allow you to do things that a single player couldn't do.

Recently, someone just offered to do just this on this forum, although he only wanted eight participants.
Odds are someone may be interested.

Problem is, anyone who's not lazy can make their own damn money and keep 100% of it. I would be up for crackpot ideas like "making other people money" except I burnt out on marketeering on my LAST crackpot idea.
I found Laev's investment fund and they started with a million inf per investor and turned it into a billion in about a month. After that all the growth went into dividends.

So you think you're a hero, huh.
@Boltcutter in game.
Heh, I wish I had seen that thread when it first started. Considering my overall laziness and thrifty spending, a few hundred million in investment dividends could last me forever, and then I wouldn't have to spend any effort making money to frankenslot my characters.

I've tapered off the frantic market play after getting two characters to near 2 billion blueside and two more near a billion redside with two months of twice-daily or thrice-daily marketeering. Now I know if there's something in particular a character really wants, even a dog-almighty purp set, it's within reach, both in play and in the market.
I read Laev's thread already and it was a good read. I still do make inf for myself, albeit slowly since I don't check it often enough. I figured I'd offer someone the chance to make both their's and my wallet fatter. Either way it goes inf will be made.

The poster isn't talking about playing the market. They're talking about finding someone to play the market for them. That said, please don't stop eryq2: fewer marketeers means less competition for me.
I've been thinking about something like this for a long time. As others have said, I don't think any such arrangement can be lucrative for both you and the marketeer. Since returns on investment are completely off the chart in CoH, any marketeer can raise large amounts of funds themselves, which means they are better off reinvesting a few weeks' worth of profits rather than owning you a share of their income for the forseeable future.
Even if you were able to offer a sum of capital so large that it could not be easily raised, it wouldn't be very useful, since marketeers quickly reach a point where they are constrained by things other than the amount of capital at hand. I can do a lot with 100m that I can't do with 10m. There's nothing that I can do with 10bn that I can't do with 1bn. Transaction volume and market slots are limited and I only keep an eye on so many niches at a time.
So, I don't see how such an arrangement would be practical (although I would love to be proved wrong, since I'm really interested). At the very least, it wouldn't be of any practical benefit to the marketeer. You will probably have more luck finding a friend to help, if any of them dabble with the market, or find someone willing to do this for free as Fulmens said. I'm sorry to say my crackpottery is very well-sated at the moment.
So your saying it's better to hire a financial advisor to tell you what to do?
I'm sure I can amass a hefty sum if I tried since I have plenty of toons on virtue that aren't using their market slots and plenty of room for crafted stuff in the base. The only bad thing is for me to get anywhere I have to actually log into the game more often first. Maybe my next goal is to turn that 300mil into 1bil instead of making even more alts and not finishing their builds.

I'm to lazy, as far as the market is concerned, to get into making some cash on the market. I've been trying my hand at it a bit on one toon and so far he has 300mil and over 200mil more in bids. I wouldn't mind lending someone that 300mil to make us both richer. So anyone more market savvy than myself feel like making smart investments for me while making a profit(blueside, Virtue)?
I know I could just do it myself but my playtime is severely reduced lately and when I do play I'm on long enough for a few mishs with some friends and then I'm off again. So when I am on I really don't feel like spending that little bit of time at the market.
