My PvP advice: go into zones with and against people you know and (at least kinda) like. Go into zones with the understanding that you will be getting killed and may or may not be doing any killing. Go in with a buffer for a good taste of zone life without too much new gameplay responsibility. Go into zones understanding that there will be some d-bags in there either bragging or whining in broadcast. ignore it if you can. disable enemy chat if you cannot. You can tweak your build then, but being able to PvP is 99% attitude (I don;t mean 'tude, I mean that you can tolerate the good- and not-so-good-natured harrasment and the sheer tardery that happens in zones and often in the arena. Settle for "enjoying" rather than "being good at" PvP, and you'll be fine.

Just be prepared to see some asinine behaviour from people simply because they can get away with it.
If I PvP it will be with the intention to win.
I will have fun whether I win or lose.
I will do everything possible, including making a specific build, to increase my chances of winning.
Baa, Pum, <3, but I just wanted build critiques.
This was made on Mac's and Con's advice, full disclosure.

Someday, someone will comment on my build.
Edit: OH! And there are four unused slots, I couldn't figure out where to put them! Advice on that would be good!

* I'd take Hurdle over Swift since Lightning Reflexes already covers your +run and none of that really matters when you're suppressed anyways.
* Found a home for your 4 extra slots: 1 went into Stamina and changed the slotting from what you had to the endmod, endmod/acc, endmod/rech, and +end proc (all from the Performance Shifter set). Added a slot each to SS and SJ and stuck a level 50 endredux IO in each. Added a slot to Jab and put a second damage proc in (Mako in this case).
* You don't really need the stealth IO in Sprint, as stealth's not terribly important in PvP unless you're a Stalker or a VEAT (squishies will often have one or two layers of stealth but that's more for escape than anything IMO).
Other than that, looks like a solid build. As long as you're on the ground there shouldn't be much to worry about in regards to knockback. Get the passive accolades and Demonic if you haven't already (especially the +HP ones, they go a long way in helping your survivability). No time better than now to get them either, with the badge changes in I16.
"One day we all may see each other elsewhere. In Tyria, in Azeroth. We may pass each other and never know it. And that's sad. But if nothing else, we'll still have Rhode Island."
Thanks mac, those slots were driving me up the wall.
I think the stealth IO was more of a 'why not?' situation than anything, that's why I put it in sprint and not SS.
Badge changes? I know some missions you can run a lot easier now with the -1 change, I don't know what you mean by badge changes.
I think you will still need to fit the medicine pool in with an /Elec. The recharge just isn't fast enough on Energize for PvP. Also, you should get powersink as well in case your rage and hasten crash at a bad time or you go up against a thermal.

The +regen from Energize should keep you going as long as it's up even if you're not being actively healed, and a good Therm or Pain will keep you up even during that downtime. As for Power Sink - you need to hit two enemies to get any real benefit from it even when it's slotted up, which isn't a real likelihood in a PvP environment. I've seen maybe one or two heroside Therms on Justice so I don't think I'd worry about them too much.

You better know them pretty well. I've been attacked when running around by a group of people I thought were decent folk in pve and the channels, but they had no problems just spiking me repeatedly for the heck of it. Some would call it griefing since they got no rep for it and just decided to pick on me since I was solo, but you can always make a decision to just leave the zone.

I would be all over you all the time if I knew i could take you down........just sayin

decent looking build,
i would take out the +movement and +movement/end from combat jumping and put them into stamina for the 5 slot bonus from performance shifter, or 4 slot it and keep a kismet in cj.
if you have the money to spare you could probably easily put some more -kb from karma into concealment and if youve got deeper pockets go for a couple more zephyrs in super jump and speed. slotting those powers for +movement is silly imo with supression and the prevalence of phasing when people really want to evade. the same can be said for slotting the 2 zephyrs other than the -kb piece on a build that doesnt specialize in positional defense, its useless unless you had alot to begin with.
powersink is probably completely useless now with energize up most of the time and a decent IO build. also, unless i missed some obscure patch note elec armor still has end drain resistance so thermals should not pose a threat at all.
im glad to see you took and slotted taunt, not enough melees do that. if they had any sense theyd put it on auto or alternate it with web envelope only occasionally tossing in a KoB or hurl etc.

Stop telling him to play like a nazi
Duel me.
I will work on my sig pic more when I have time.
The build looks fairly fun to play, but watch out for a few things in RV. Since you don't have any ranged damage, smart heroes will lure you onto lower levels then web you, where they will be able to tee off on you without any danger of being hit. Second, you will have to be very careful of hostile mob aggro since you don't have a fast recharging heal or exceptional defense. It is difficult for you to 'reset the fight' by stepping back for a few seconds to heal and lose a debuff. Still, you should be tough enough, especially with buffs, to almost never die unless your team wipes or you're faced with nasty odds. With that build, if you die to any single hero in a zone you are playing it wrong. Finally, realize that unless things change soon, you will be primarily teamed, or at least aligned, with stalkers. In this situation, you won't be all that effective against an equal number of heroes unless they are noobs. If you are the only visible villain and there are 3+ heroes of balanced ATs that have half of a clue, get ready to hit phase and run. On the other hand, if you have a pain dom, therm, etc. on your team, get ready to farm noob scrappers and feel invincible.

elec wants to be on the ground anyway for the extra -kb, and its not like he has to worry about stalkers lining up AS with him on the ground, as a villain in a zone.
taunt really neuters ranged attacks, they might get 1-2 attacks off if he sees them coming. also, if you can catch the other teams healer with -range from a taunt or 2 your team doesnt even have to kill it until last.
