I use Mu, the Fences, 6 slotted for the added def, a Posi Chance for dmg in ball lightning, and a centriole in mu lighting.. It's quite amazing the amount of AoE dmg you can get out with those + footstomp! <3 #1 Favorite solo/team/farmer..
Not saying my advice is the best, but it works for me.
A few key secrets.. Reactive Armors x5 K.Combats x5, 1 set of oblits, and the Res/Def IO, which I would add into Charged Armor, and then slot 4 more Reactives in Grounded.. 4 slot weave 1 slot lightning strike with EndRedux.
If you'd like I could go into more detail! Mine is at 46.7%def to s/l, and can handle pretty much anything tossed at him.
You're well on your way mate! One of the most amazing toons to play once you hit the right spot!
Oh and went Spirit.Radial Boost.. Added 13-ish% regen -
Crazy laggy, Rom died twice in 2 lag burst, pretty epic!

I moved 12 characters to Freedom. All were PVP toons. I've been playing over there since May and the differences I've noticed are:
- Freedom is more active with PVP
- There are always people in the various PVP zones and arena matches occur throughout the day
- PVE is much better on Justice

Overall, I still consider Justice my home server but do enjoy the large pvp population on Freedom.

Actually I have been loving freedom and have recently meet some really great people there and having a blast. Do I think the free transfers will kill Justice, no. If nothing else it will free up slots for people to make new toons.
Other than that, Everyday I see new people in jfa who transferred pve toons b/c we're amazingly crazy..

I enjoy a little bit of everything, more so than others.. I'll LOL@fiteklub when im bored, or lazy but i prefer the, CLOSE YOUR EYES AND RUN, sort of pvp where you aim, hit hard, fast, spike spike and die die..
Not really a fan of pills, unless other pop first, but yeah..
I love most of the baddos, carebares, newbs, elites, newcomers everything. It really does make me happy to zone in, talk some smack, not your moms or wreck your face type stuff. Just funny hahas.. It's early so I'll stop ramblings..
Justice is somewhere in the 10ish "zone" people at the most, some arena folks if you pester people enough. I long for the sirens days, but alas..
When they fix't it, they FIX'T it.
