Nope, these are a whole brand new raft of issues. Ones basically the same as those 11 months ago, which they haven't addressed since, but at least they aren't claiming we're mistaken and everything is fine

Apparently the store has returned as well.

Also: What kind of absurd thing are you gonna ask for next, that people look and see if there's already a recent thread or 100 with the same problem for people to post in instead of starting yet another one? Silly, Carn. Very silly.

LOL wish I'd known about this before hand too. And I'm not deleting 2 extra pages of alts just to get down to a slot under the first 12. First page alone is nothing but 50's

Good thing this post was here though! I was about to all ragewrite a GM, which never really turns out well....

I am not sure what is worse to be honest, starting the 36th post on the same topic or necro posting the one on the same subject from 2009. (sure caught me out)

What it says to me though is a few things, we still have the same issue one year (and probably more) later, also fewer repeat posts would be made if the problem was addressed so people knew what was happening.

As of 10 seconds ago the online store is still unavailable on Union at least.

The Web Store is up and updated, but that doesn't help you at all slot-wise.

And now it gets silly because anyone new / returning logging into the game will get "Store Unavailable" as the first thing they see.

Excellent.

This is a really irritating bug to have at GR launch. Like so many others, I planned to delete a char or two to make space for some new ones, which now just leaves me with 'unavailable' character slots, effectively meaning I can't play the game I've legitimately purchased.

Note for purists: I understand I can still play with my other chars and use some of the new features, but I want to start a new char in the new zone with new powers and I can't, which is irritating.

I'm having no issues at all with the Master Account webpage, and haven't all day.

What browser are you using and have you tried an alternative one? It could be something funky like a Cookie issue with the browser you normally use.

I am on IE, I have always been. I have never used a different browser.
I am trying to buy GR for my husbands account...
I cant even get on to my account.

As I said it works for me, I'm using Opera . Best thing to try on your end is see how it goes with another browser. No harm in giving it a try, it might even resolve your issue.

In fact trying it in Firefox highlights one potential issue, they switched domains without changing their SSL Certificate. This could be a tripping point in IE which is causing what you see (or it could merely be affecting just me because I'm EU side).

There was DNS issues earlier in the week for me too, so that could also be causing it for you.

Either way try it in a different browser and see what it tells you, it could help highlight any issues with their set-up or yours.

Please do not feed the dead! There are plenty of current and new posts talking about the various store issues, currently effecting character transfers and character slots!
