A New(?) Thought for MM Pet Customisation

Maybe let you choose to have the banished pantheon zombies. Which already have pistols

I always thought if we can't get Custom pets allow us to choose sets.
For example have more then one type of zombies give us the choice between the Necromancer style or a set that look more like Vahzilok zombies. Or even a type that look like the Zombie Hord.
Having the option of choosing different style of Pets would allow some customization.
I'll be happy when we can change the colour schemes of our pets. What if i want BLUE ROBOTS?
I wish we could do something along the lines of choosing our pets then choosing our weapons. Why should my laser rifle be limited to robots, or pistols to thugs? So the choice at character creation would be something like Robots - Pistols.
I just want to set a skin to a specific henchman, especially with Thugs.

I'm wondering how hard it might be for them to give us limited customization using current ingame npcs. They could use things such as a malta hercules titan as a choice for your assault bot or different tsoo for your ninjas, etc.

As far as customizing the pets, I'm all for! I just hate the hair do's they give thugs and I would also love to change the colors of my MM bots like another user above stated.
