I16 Demonic Accolade bug...anyone else?

Did the badge award show in your chat messages?
A known issue is that it will be awarded, but not show in the badges until you zone. I have run into this with a couple of day job badges.
Demonic did not show in the awarded messages, nor did the power in the power list, nor did it help if I zoned repeatedly.
However, Coldhearted showed in the messages, in the badges, and in the defeated list.
68 Level 50s, all made the old-fashioned way.
Original: Quasar Lad - Fire/Kin troller. Latest: Asp Kicker - Grav/Poison troller.
Completed the "Full Alty Challenge" - level 50 in every archetype, and "Alty's Ultimate Power Challenge" - level 50 in every available powerset in the game.

Edit: I got this badge and associated power right after I got "High Pain Threshold" badge...

For some reason Born in Battle shows me as having 5 of 7 badges required, even though I clearly have 6 of them. I will be getting the last tonight to check what's going on...
Plainly they've messed up the badge requirements for Demonic somehow.
Someone on another thread reported getting it immediately after getting Hero Slayer but has none of the other previously required badges.

I can confirm that Bone Crab did not recieve the Demonic badge at first login after i16 even though he met all the stated requirements for it.
After hunting down 200 Marcone bosses for Gangbuster badge and recieving the High Pain Threshhold badge, he then immediately recieved the Deminic badge.
It appears that the Demonic badge has an unstated or unintentional requirement of Gangbuster.

Actually, it sounds like the requirements for Demonic became the requirements for High Pain Threshold.

Receiving High Pain Threshold triggered receipt of the Demonic accolade as well, despite not having Coldhearted or Soul Taker.

After finally getting Gangbuster on Nightshade I grabbed the exploration and history badges required for High Pain Threshold, finishing off with Freak of Nature in Sharkhead. I got High Pain Threshhold immediatly followed by Demonic.
I can't be sure since the game is down for maintenance, but I'm pretty sure Nightshade still doesn't have several of the badges needed for the accolade. Even if she did why would it trigger on Freak of Nature, which isn't needed?

Just got all the badges for Demonic and wasen't awarded the power.
Yup, just ran through all the badge hunting, and got soul taker; no demonic badge. Full progress bar. /bugged it too.

In anticipation of I16 I thought I'd get some help towards Demonic, as the number of cold demons needed for Coldhearted was to drop.
So, on two of my alts I met all the other requirements and killed ~110 or so cold demons. Progress verified on the accolade bar and defeat bar.
Today with I16 release logged on both and received Coldhearted badge. Defeat bar complete. However, the Demonic accolade did NOT appear.
Curiously, the proper accolade progress bar is full, with no popup appearing to show % left.
Anyone else seeing this bug? I tried killing a few extra Hellfrosts, but to no avail. Petitioned it in game, of course.
