My moniker is BW. I'm a big time roleplayer on the Triumph server (for 3 years), and this is our SG "The League of Crusaders" base still in construction.
I don't know if the other bases do have that kind of stuff but...

Definately good. For what I can tell, that is one of the most diversified sg bases I have ever seen.

Someone on the French Forum wrote a few days ago: "I GUESS YOU MUST HAVE A GOOD TIME WAITING IN YOUR BASE FOR THE TROUBLE ALERT. ^^"

It's true.
We even use Ventrilo to play some grasshoppers/birds/mountain stream clips while we're in the Zen garden, Buddhist chants in the temple, seaguls/waves/wind on our boat, Asian music like it's coming from a radio in our Japanese house, etc. I don't know if the other SGs do that but it's really exciting to play some action music on the battlefield too.

They are an item that you need to craft from a tier 2 ("advanced") worktable.

P-wiki has the pertinent details.

In order to create the water look, the item needs to be floated at least 1 ft/unit above the floor.
