...is that Kerri Strug being punched in the face by Chuck Norris?
At least Kaaahnnn has less fedex/talk to missions, less travel, and less leading av's across the map.

Rock, rock on Hamster.
Yeah, that was one very nice thing about it: Virtually zero travel, with 4/5 missions being on the train.
Another option for a pseudo TF is to do a story arc through Ouroboros. Just like on a TF, each person on the team earns merits. And I believe issue 16 includes a bump in merits for many of the arcs.
There's still a lot of arcs I haven't done. Especially in the 35+ range. On both hero and villain side.

Interesting idea, I like it. I'd want to scout out some decent ones before hand though, but I do like it.

35-40
Mass Duplicity: nemesis, nemesis, and more nemesis. 8 missions, 3 kill alls. will be 28 merits.
A Path Into Darkness: Council. 11 missions, 1 kill all. lot of small caves though. Will be 27 merits.
Revenant Hero Project: Crey. Not really worth it. 10 missions, 5 of which are just fedexes. Will be 16 merits.
Terra Conspiracy: a pretty nice arc really, story wise, with DE. 10 missions, 3 kill alls, 1 AV at the end. will be 19 merits.
Envoy of Shadows: fun times. 8 missions, 3 AVs. CoT. Will be 15 merits.
Organ Grinders: Rikti. 3 kill all, 3 fedex, 12 total missions. Will be 21 merits.
40-45
As you get to the 40+ range, you tend to end up in the longer arcs (melvin and the mysterious malta, hero's hero, anything involving carnies...) As such, just going to toss out some of my personal preferences.
Eternal Nemesis: even more nemesis. 16 missions, 2 AVs, will be 29 merits.
Melvin and the Mysterious Malta Group: can't help it, it's a good arc. 20 total missions, 7 fedex, 3 kill all, no AV's. will be 35 merits.
45-50
Probably the only one that's worth anything in the 45-50 range is Hero's Hero, due to all of the AV's. Will be 36 merits. Otherwise, there's the carnie arc, more malta in Operation: Red Wide World, or the endless arc of Unai's.

I can't recall ambushes heroside. Are you saying we can add them with the I16 changes?

Assuming that Issue 16 comes out tomorrow, would there still be interest in running a TF tomorrow night? I won't be offended if interest is low because of the new shinies. We can just pick up next week.
I think I'm going to go ahead and run a TF tomorrow night, based on feedback from Victory IRC.
Sky Raider Respec Trial
Tuesday, September 14, 2009. 8:30PM
- Levels 24-33 (if I16 hits, anyone over 24 will get XP)
- Min team of 4
- 3 missions
- Worth 27 merits
Current Participants:
- Polaris
- Peppercat
- P-Dude
- SHamster
With the I16 changes what level would a 50 be running this be? For the life of me I can't locate anything but the I16 overview.

I've already forgotten about most of you
This is still happening, with plenty of slots. I'll be on around 8:15 to start gathering the troops!

and.... how do I time warp to the "14".......?
BC
There's only one time zone worth mentioning.
I dunno. I don't know how often I'll run this one. Yeah, it was short, but Hess runs roughly the same time and is far more dynamic.
