I still refuse to believe that Dio is gone. It just doesn't seem possible. Metal gods don't die... they throw the horns and **** off!

Never heard of him. I watched that clip on the Jerry Springer show though, seemed like a pretty cool guy.
The 90s for me were pretty much Big Black/Jesus Lizard/Shellac/etc.
Didn't really follow goth past Bauhaus and Sisters of Mercy.

I, personally, really only liked the stuff he did with Rainbow - but I recognize his talent in all the stuff he did. He's one of the old school heavy rock/metal vocalists who could actually sing.

Never cared for Dio's music, and didn't know anything about the man. I know he influenced a lot of people in the music industry, but that's it.
