3rd person, usually with the camera as far back as I can. 1st person things tend to get too muddled to see what's happening with all the effects going off.

Third person but close enough to see my character close up except when doing Raids or Monster bashing.. there's just too much eye candy to pass up.

Can't see anything in 1st person... and it's rather annoying, the shaking camera when 'follow' is turned on. So 3rd person, a little zoomed out from the default. Easier to find new targets.

All depends on what role im in.
On raids I tend to zoom as far out as possible for tactical awareness.
On indoor missions, as the blaster I tend to keep the zoom alot tighter (but still 3rd person) to minimize clipping/spaz camera as I move around in the middle of a battle setting up cone damage.
Where as when I tank, I keep the camera back farther, even inside for TA again. I dont move as much as a tanker (compared to blasting) so there is less camera shenanigans.

I play 3rd person, zoomed out a bit to see all of the mob I'm fighting.
I do Something that most people don't do, I use the Number Pad for movement. I never got in to the WASDX Movement keys, even back in the days of Doom/Quake/Counterstrike. I always preferred num pad for my right hand and number keys for my left. And I can use the mouse with either hand as it sits between me and the keyboard below the space bar.
8 is forward, 7 & 9 are move left and right, 4 & 6 are turn left and right, 2 is backward, 5 is Face Target, 1 and 2 vary on which toon I'm on. Normally they are "OH CRAP!" Binds. Like Hibernate and F1 (Green Insp) on Angry Woodsman, or Transfusion and Transference on my Kin.
I also use the QWERTYUI Keys for Heal Other on my Emp and Speed Boost on my Kin
Q is Teammember 1, W is Teammember 2, and so on.
I've been wondering. Does anyone else use similar keymaps? Num Pad for movement and such?

I always go third person. I like seeing what's directly behind me, and I also like forcing the camera to stay put while I blast things in all directions, so I can see my character in action from different angles without goofing with camera angles.
Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
Better than you and Ping combined.

3rd person, usually right behind my toon so they are in the main centre of vision. Zooming back occasionally to see how many baddies are behind me or lurking close when in the middle of a fight.
