As has been pointed out to me, you need to be fishy to enter the lounge. As a non-member of a nonexistent Cartel, I am not by definition not fishy, due to my nonexistent non-actions related to the non-Cartel. I thereby lay claim to this non-lounge in the name of the non-Cartel with this non-flag:
