OMG!! New (cross-faction) EAT in I-16!
...Right. xD
*is cracking the heck up*
I want those three minutes of my life back.
Now.
I would TOTALLY roll a Toddler...
...but I don't do ERP.
Formerly known as Stormy_D
((Bwahahah!))
What does ERP have to do with rolling a Toddler?
Do we need to have a chat with Chris Hansen? O.o
Primary Powers Continued:
14) No YOU! Click, ST Taunt.
15) I Bonk you! Head Butt.
Secondary Continued:
14) Kiss my Boo-Boo? Self Heal, requires a ToHit Check against a targeted player or foe.
15) Summon Grandma. The most powerful power in the Mitigation/Defence line, you may not use any of your Primary or most of your Secondary powers. But you don't need to. Grandma is that awesome.
At level 25 Toddler receives an immediate and manditory respecialization. This allows them access to either the BRAT or SNOT lines.
Details on the powers for these trees are sketchy but the tier9 offense from SNOT "lolyusuksobad" is rumored to be very strong in zone pvp. While the tier9 defensive power from BRAT "Slobbering 13 year old" is rumored to protect the user from just about anything, including but not limited to accountability.
....
I would so roll this character, but I don't do ERP. Damn....
Anyone want to farm that badge?

Yukie Bikouchi, Halfway Lost, and others
I'm just glad they're taking a second look at the "Mine!" power. Being able to grab a random recipe, piece of salvage, or unslotted enhancement from another character seems a bit overpowered.
And what's your take on the SuperNanny EAT? I haven't seen the whole thing yet, but the "Naughty Chair" power looks promising. I'm kind of afraid what some ERPers will do with it though, after making their "sexy Mary Poppins" ripoffs.
Forum Game: Lower the Rep
I heard there's a bug with the ERP badge progress bar. >_>
Unlocked by accolade, and the side the character earning the accolade is on determines the side the EAT is unlocked on!
Accolade: Knocked Up
Badges Required: (On a Female character) Day Job Badge "Clubber" (21 day+ logged out in Pocket D. And new badge "Whisperer" (1 hr+ spent in ERP tells)
Discription: You've been naughty and taken the risks.
EAT: Toddler
Description: In Paragon, where the day/night cycles are thirty minutes each, a lot can happen in 21 days. Especially in Pocket D.
This character starts out using the Huge bodytype and minimum hieght. Why is it so powerful in melee? Well, some blame tainted formula made in factories that recycle old barrels from 'Dyne manufacturing, but that's pure speculation.
Inherent Power: Tantrum.
Mechanically almost identical to a Brute's Fury Bar, the Tantrum bar provides only half as much +Damage, but also a +Recharge effect.
Primary: Offence
1) I Poke You! (Jab from SuperStrength)
2) I Hit You! (Boxing, from Fighting Pool)
3) Kick (from Fighting Pool)
4) Tummy Ache. Cone, Toxic Damage. (Similar to Bile Spray, from Mako)
5) Build Up
6) Flurry
7) Crotch Shot. Auto. This power adds a Proc-like effect to all melee attacks. Chance for Smashing Damage, Stun.
8) Throw Toys. Similar to Hurl, but different objects thrown, taken from Propel.
9) I Got You! Melee Hold, very minor damage.
10) Foot Stomp.
11) My Hammer! Pulls out an oversized, brightly colored mallet and whomps the victim.
12) Gibberish Burst. AoE Confuse.
13) Kitty Bomb. Pulls a cat out of midair and tosses it onto foe. DoT Lethal.
Secondary: Mitigation and Defences.
1) No! Click power. Resist Damage (all). 2 minute duration, very short recharge. Can be stacked before tough fights.
2) Peekaboo! Toggle +Stealth, Self: Slow. Fast Recharge.
3) You Hiding! Throws Blanket over target's head. -Perception, -ToHit. Doubles rate of Crotch Shot proc against this foe.
4) I didn't do it! Foe Placate.
5) I'm Hiding! (Animation: Throws blanket over head) Self: Slow, -Perception. Phase Shift.
6) Messy Room. Identical to Blaster Caltrops, except much larger area and much longer recharge.
7) Loud. Toggle. Stomping feet (as loud as MM: Robotics pets) and random outbursts make for a taunt aura. Also: Self -Stealth.
8) Imaginary Friend. Summon: Singularity.
9) Poopy Pants. Toggle: AoE Toxic Damage, Fear. Foes try to avoid you and pretend not to notice the smell, so as not to be volunteered to deal with the situation.
10) Underfoot. Toggle: PBAoE Knockdown.
11) I Don't WANT to! Toggle. Fast Recharge. Similar to Unyielding Stance, before the Self-Immob was removed, this power prevents Mezz attacks from incapacitating you, but at the cost of having to stand in one place.
12) Hop! Hop! (Combat Jumping.)
13) Wiggle Worm. Click. Moderate Recharge. Acts like a Breakfree, but only against Slows, Immobs and Holds.
