More None Human Costume Parts

I Have alts of None Human toons,Animals,Demons and Dragons,I like see more costume parts for these groups.

1.More Dragon Costume Sets,Fins,Different Head sets,ones with horns.Longer Dragon Tails and Claws.

2.Animal sets-Bird Talons,More Lizard heads,Eagle Head or Vulture,Bear Heads,With Heads with fur,For as Shoulds pads oe gloves or more furry Feets,Shark head or fish like Head,Bull or Minotaur head,Chicken Head,Antlers,Pig Face,Rat Head,Feline Head that looks more Animal like.Scorpion Tail,Puffy Tails,Fox or Wolf Tails,Shark Fin,Dear Head,Fish Fins for Tail,Web Toes Feet.More Claws and Animal Feet Sets.

I have to say, there has been a lot of talk in the forums for quite a while about getting a decent wolf's tail (or nine...wait a minute..that would be foxes...)

If I could find it, I'd point to the post where Jay, the guy in charge of creating costume parts, said he refuses to do any more animal parts because he doesn't like furries... so I don't see much chance of those parts making it into the game...

So let me ask a question, does that mean we will see new animal parts for costumes as part of a booster pack, but not something the team is working on for all players? I think it would be cool to have more options because as we know, more options are always better..........

I agree, most of my chars are humans but i have 4 or 5 Wolves/Dragons/Demons, and great ideas like Talons and Spikes should be thought about.

How about more robotic stuff? All the robot faces (both of them) look evil. How about a neutral robot face? Also, torn options for existing costume pieces, like battle-damaged armor and shredded tights.

More costumes = more fun for me. I'd like to see more tech-related costumes, like a chest with a see-through midrift, maybe with wires exposed and a metallic spine leading up to the rib cage. Nothing says non-human like a creature with no waist and a metallic spine. (or pair of them, etc).

Robotic/Cyborg mechancial pieces and such would be great as well, in addition to more animal pieces, looks and such.

I would also like to to see Fur Armor Sets,like Furry costume set that act like parts of an costume set that well make you furry,so you look more animal like when you making that Animal toon or something.

honestly, that post was kind of a zinger at him. While the exact quote has never been posted, it has been reported(i believe by zek) that at one of the cons he had made a disparaging comment about "furry"costume pieces. he has never corrected this so it does appear that this is an accurate encapsulation of his opinions. Frankly the whole "furry" nonsense strikes me more as 4-chan retardation and my post was a none too subtle dig at that. now i love jay, his stuff has been consistently great, and i expect much from going rogue, but hearing that the costume pieces that could express a broader group of options were being held back on something so juvenile did cause my less diplomatic side to pop out(that post was 4 months ago, oh necro-responder ), probably was less mature than id prefer to be here, but i have moments where irritations do that. but basically i have no doubt he has the skills, and i was just giving him the slovak grandmother guilt trip route, that subtly insults you for your inaction(was trained by a master in this skill, my grandmother).

To be clear I do like what Jay has managed to produce for this game and I do think he is a capable artist. I also understand that everyone is entitled to their opinions as far as what kinds of costume items they like or dislike.

But also to be clear whether or not Jay himself likes or dislikes "Furry" stuff is ultimately immaterial. If he were making a game just for himself he would obviously have every right to exclude Furry things if he didn't like them. But this is not just his own personal game. For him to categorically imply that we the customer will never get something just because -he- doesn't like it is tantamount to a car salesperson saying they will never sell a blue car just because they don't like the color blue. It's absolute insanity from that point of view.

Now I don't personally desire Furry costume items myself. But I can at least recognize that they have been a long standing suggestion/desire by many players here for years. For Jay to wave his hand and dismissively say/imply "screw you" to those people is pretty sad. Hopefully he will eventually come to his senses and handle this situation in an appropriately professional and customer-friendly manner at some point regardless if he intends to make Furry items a priority or not.

Without a link to whatever Jay actually and exactly said, I would hold off on criticizing and extrapolating.

Anthropomorphic heads that don't looks evil/slightly spactarded would be awesome. Along with decent, functional tails.
Not everyone who designs a 'Furry' character is automatically a Furry. 'Furry' as it is more commonly know, or derided, is actually a subset of Anthropomorphic (or Anthromorph, or just plain Anthro) characters. Anthro stuff is not just animals, either; it is giving *anything non-human human emotions and expressions.
Death the character is technically an anthro, because you are giving both a non-animate object (a skeleton) and a force of nature a personality. /example

So, less hate, more stuff that works and looks decent in the future and the booster. IF it comes out looking good...I'll retract my past displeasure and stop griping about it. Then and only then!
