Yep. As far as I know, few sources of defense won't stack.

Okey thanks, was just checking, because Hero Designer did not count Combat Jumping values.

I know the OP specifically asked about Weave and CJ, but I'm guessing the stacking question indicates an effort to reach the +def soft cap.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Stealth's +def drops by half when suppressed. So if you are counting on the stacked +def from Stealth to get to the soft cap, keep in mind that some of that +def goes away as soon as you engage a mob.

Yes, different applications of Stealth from different sources will both stack the Stealth portion and +def. My experince in-game with your description of Stealth + Arctic Fog/ SHadow Fall/ Steamy Mist or what-have-you AOE stealth. As soon as the one with Stealth moves away from the other AOE Stealth, that person's Stealth drops for a moment allowing foes to see you before it gets reapplied. Now this is in PVE not PVP and I haven't tested this in awhile. So maybe something got changed or maybe not. And Defense from Stealth powers gets halved when you attack or are attacked.

Hide will stack with any one other stealth power. But you can only run one in addition to Hide. Since Hide is an inherent ability it doesn't count toward the stealth power max.
Hide, Stealth, and +Stealth IO will get you to the stealth cap I think. If not Stealth I KNOW Invisibility will.
All the defense from any power that grants it will stack. The stealth power situation isn't because of the defense portion, it is because you can only have one stealth power active on any given character. However, Cloaking Device WILL stack with an AoE stealth power that is being run by another character.
