Install Beta and allow him to play there. I believe it was announced it is open for all now. You can 'buy' points there and unlock a lot of stuff but none of it will cary over to Live. And don't expect it to stay open till the end. If I am mistaken, Sorry, someone will be along to correct me shortly LOL

Added mine. Temple, PA. Not where Temple University is btw. There are 4 current players who live in my area and I know of at least 2 former players.

Main account- 33
2nd account- 21

10 scrappers
3 Stalkers
1 Soldier
1 Widow
7 Defenders

And I am certainly not done yet. I have a few close to 50 that need some loving yet. I have yet to get a Kheld to 50 and that is something I want to work on. -
So we should be expecting the announcement of CoH2 soon right??
(hoping and praying) -
I believe you still have to run the arc but you are no longer stuck with the patron whose arc you ran. You can respec into any of the other patron pools now.

Let me just add some more food for thought. When you exempt you keep any powers that you picked for 5 levels above what you exempted to. An example- a lvl 50 exempts to lvl 25, you still keep your lvl 26, 28 and 30 power picks. To keep the set bonus of that lvl 30 power when you are lvl 25 you would have to slot lvl 28 or lower IOs. So I will typically look for IOs that are 2 lvls lower than I picked the power to keep the set bonus when I exempt and still have the power available. Then boost the IOs if I feel the need to.

Also, what is your desk like? Does it have a separate compartment for the tower? My old desk, I couldnt leave the tower in the desk during the summer, it would overheat in the desk. In the winter, no problem. But in summer, I would have it sit on the rug to play this game. So try playing with case open and maybe with tower on the floor.
Also, you could go into the Bios and see what setting there are for auto-shutoff. Most new mobo bios will have a setting to trn off the computer if it gets too hot. Either disable this altogether (not recommended) or turn the setting up a few degrees. -

Quote:This is live already for some time now. Everyone will have to do the Midnighter Arc, that is, talk to contact and run thru the missions. Don't forget to enable shared mission completion.NOW..here is where you get into a grey area... at 35 you can start doing ITFs and they can get you a couple of levels easy BUT you need access to the Midnighter's club. It used to be this could be as easy as joining a "TEAM" when a player finished the arc and was about to chat with the latin Student (so you still wouldn't have actively participated in the arc) but from what I hear they are changing that so you HAVE to participate in the arc to earn the badge and entrance. YOU may need to, if this is true, actually do that one non TF arc to get access to a lot of easy TF XP.

Why reroll? Transfer the old toon to another server first or rename it.

Actually the end reduction from Cardiac is better than the end mod buff from Agility especially when it would only affect Stamina. While the end reduction in Cardiac will affect all your powers. So therefore it comes down to defense vs resistance and which is better for your character, but you didn't ask for advice about that. Agility will not affect IO's.

PVP sucks for the unexperienced in this game. Different rules from PVE and the advent of IO's have made the learning curve very high. You can quickly find that the character that you poured your heart and life force into being a god in PVE is quickly ganked and killed quite easily. While there are nice PVPers, there are also going to be your not nice players that will laugh at you as you complain it isn't fair. Just take it as a learning experience and if you really want to try your hand at PVP, ask around in the proper forums and you will find some nice people willing to help.

Something else to think of: some enemy groups only come in specific level ranges. So even if you set your difficulty to spawn them at -1, they can only spawn at their lowest possible level.
And maybe look into taking Hover. My first blaster was an energy/energy. Hovering while not always the case on some maps will negate alot of knockback powers simply because you will not be in melee. And Hover can allow you to recover from kb effects faster though it isn't fool proof. You still will get flipped in the air and cannot act until righted, but you will still be able to see to react to where the enemies are. -
Cowboy, robot, Star Wars char or any space themed or advanced tech or futuristic.

The link in your original post is not valid. But web searching took me to the Dell Dimension that most likely is what you have. Will it fit in the case?-- yes. Do you need a new power supply? If the video card does not require a power connection from the power supply, then no, you don't need a new power supply. If it does, then you need to look at the specs of the power supply and the requirements of the video card. Things like max wattage and max sustained output. Without actually knowing what the power supply is or what the video card requires, I cannot advise more than that.

As CMA has said but with one more point: HPs. Tanks have the highest HP cap and not all secondary scrapper sets can self-cap HPs easily without sacrificing elsewhere. So some scrappers can easily reach soft-capped defense but cannot reach the same HPs nor can they get to the tanker's resistance cap of 90%. It's only a matter of time given unlimited, challenging foes and the same defense sets, that a solo tank will live longer than a solo scrapper, but that scrapper will most likely have defeated more foes. Challenging being the key.

Well, since you will need multiple immob powers and since most Dom and Controller immobs are mag 3 or 4.
75 divided by 3 = 25 mag 3 immobs.
75 divided by 4 gets rounded to 19 mag 4 immobs.
Domination would increase those mags by 5 (taken from Mids):
75 divided by 8 is rounded to 10.
75 divided by 9 is rounded to 9.
Using only one immob power. If you start to mix them then you need enough stacks within those ranges. -
If you do some searching you would see how Walk came to be created, so ...
As I recall from previous threads:
Walk was the personal project of one Dev, done on his own. The fact it even was allowed to be incorporated into the game is amazing in itself. Basically the Dev team allocated NO money for it. It was the original model for these other new travel powers and they all work the same.
So, you can have your cake for your party but don't complain it wasn't very good after you've eaten it all and then realized it could have been better IF it had more icing.
Moral of the story: move it to another tray. Don't try to make the power something it isn't. -
Take a look up in the Technical forums for the latest nvidia driver that works with the game. Just updating to the brand spanking newest driver out there doesn't mean the driver and the game are compatible.

My second account which is now Premium would be H, since I stripped all its valuables before it went Premium.
My main account would be C.
