Error in title of my last post

Need help critiquing this AoE build. Perma Dom would be great, but I play blue side mainly, so I'm not sure how to achieve this.

Ok well first if you mainly play blue side i will assume that you dont have a ton of cash sitting around on the red side. You realize the Ragnorok, LOTG, and Apocolypse sets alone are probably going to cost you close to a billion infamy on the red side?

Make a good build, find the most economical means to gain recharge bonuses. The best sets for recharge are not always the best sets for a power. You will need to gain about 72 percent global bonus with hasten 3 slotted recharge to have any chance to keeping domination running, and that is a very very small window of error to click it again in before it drops as in a couple seconds.

I was thinking of this as a dream build. I have a plain IO build that I will be using to till I'm lucky with some drops, and make enough infamy.

Seems like it should do fine. Earth has so many nice control options and I think you've caught the best. Perma is nice but not necessary, especially on an earthie. The only changes I would make is to find a way to get stamina at 20 (personal preference). Doms are much more fun with some endurance. And I agree with Spikey...I would have taken water spout. It's a great power.

Funny you say that, my Earth/Fire/Water Dom is Stamina-less, and has no issues with endurance at all anymore. Granted, I did respec into this build after taking Stamina at 20 to level up with, but once it was time to IO her, I didn't need it anymore.
