Why would you want to turn Patrol Experience off?

Yes, for some reason The Arsonist is just very suicidal, I recommend what Psy said about the macro, that should help a bunch.

What's the rush to 50? Unless you just really want to try out an Epic Archetype or something, but other than that their shouldn't be any rush.
Oh, and their are a lot of options to become 50 in a hurry, but i'll let the others deal with that.
