August is Tanker month...

or it just seems that way since there will be 3 Tanker Tuesdays this month.

First up is classic TT(#58 i believe) on champion on Aug 4th. Please post any ideas for TFs/trials/arts/crafts/whatever to do in this thread, or just shout it out while we are gathering.


Second, for anyone with tanks on Justice server, there will be a TT on Aug 11th there put together by some folks who were at out TTTour last month.


And finally, the 3rd Tuesday, Aug 18th, the TTTour will be smashing it's way onto Liberty server.

As always, we meet at 9pm EST in King's Row on the wall near the IP gate. Any, and all Tanks are welcome for some all tanker teamage.

Please be ready to hold up a sign signifying your level. (i.e /em score1 )
1 for lvl 1-10
2 for level 11-20
3 for level 21-30
4 for levels 31-40
5 for 41+

Its a fun arc and having just one Tank on the team is almost essential, so a whole team of Tanks would be interesting and fun.

Since I got my second tank (Invul/War Mace) to 50 last night, I'll be bringing a lowbie tank, so the highest level I could be will be 30. Hmmm now who to choose, the Ice/Axe, Dark/Ice, WP/SS, Shield/SS, or Stone/EM? Decisions, decisions...

Darn late work, at least I'm employed I guess, lol. Will aim for the one on Justice.

Server status page has been busted for awhile, anytime the servers are down the date at the bottom is wrong.

W00T!! it's up!!

After we finally got on, the relatively lowbie team worked through my melee stress test MA mission. (#247372, "Death by Snoo-Snoo!")

Took a while, and I can't say that any of us were immortal on it, but we finally manged to work through and complete this level 53 melee-centric mission. Had a good time, and I think everybody levelled at least once. Not too shabby for a truncated event.

Thanks all for still coming out despite the server issues.

We ended up with 4 teams: 1 mender silos TF team, 2 lvl 50ish w/ sidekicks, and a mid-20s w/ lowbie sk team.

I hope everyone had a good time.


Two months until TT's 5 year anniversary. Anybody got any ideas for special events, etc?
I'd be cool with just having a huge parade, with everyone forming TFs/mothership raid afterwards. Maybe some prizes. Maybe hold the "Tanky awards" as a black tie event. I wonder if you can make a huge auditorium with a stage and seats, and a red carpet leading to it with the base system.

I wanted to be there last night, but as with all of us, the servers being down disrupted another great Tanker Tuesday start up.

I did get to spend time watching a movie with the family, so, time was still spent well.

I hope all that eventually attended had a good time.

It's a shame the patch rollback happened. I truly enjoy attending Tanker Tuesday every chance I get.

Ah well, looking forward to the 5th Anniversary!!!

ya know it will be October... I've got about a dozen halloween salavge sets in storage... we could mass spam the server with zombies and dispatch teams to each zone based on level.
