I refuse to buy anything on the store until they display my own currency and can be fully assured as to how much i am actually being charged.
It may be because i'm from Northern Ireland and perhaps they are misled that we use the Euro when we use the Pound but then again its not a surprise for our own country (The United Kingdom) to be ignorant of our existence, i mean after all... they don't even recognize our own notes in transactions there.

I went and bought three packs. So far so good. Lo and behold, what is happening now 
? I can't get a fourth right now! And here's why:

. I'm just glad I upgraded my son's account before I did all three I use. Be warned if you want more than three packs..

The stupid thing with this is that you can be making the purchases on the same card that's been used for months/years for the account subscriptions and it still won't let you buy more than 3 in a short space of time.
It also doesn't tell you what the time limit is for the counter to be reset.
It's why I still have 1 account without the magic booster - after being locked out by the limit on transactions I really couldn't be bothered to keep going back and retrying to purchase. But then NC have suggested before that they have a peculiar aversion to letting customers make purchases.

We do have a stringent security system in place attached to the NCsoft store but please realise that this is for your protection. The last thing we want is for a fraudster to use someone else's card to purchase a lot of items at once before the legitimate owner can react. At least now any potential damage is limited.

While I do recognize the reasoning, there are ways to insure yourself against abuse of credit cards. I myself already know that I will be getting a call tomorrow, at the latest the day after about the three purchases in quick succession from my credit card company.
Still, it's annoying, and as Dave stated, there is no indication of when it will get 'unlocked' again. Do you perhaps have an answer to that?
I set a limit to how much my card can purchase a month. Its a good thing too cos I almost transferred a level 8 XD.

One of the new rebreathers goes with my costume brilliantly and while it'd be an expensive costume part I think it's worth it just for that, however that said, while none of my current characters are Mad Scientist types, my main Hero is a Scientist so while I wouldn't use it in serious RP, it was fun to make a Mr Hyde part of him as a huge creature as a result of an injected serum!
As for limits on cards, I have a wife... so while I can spend money I do have to endure her wrath if I'm found out! Unnecessary Expenditures indeed...

The block is in place for 24 hours after the 3rd purchase has taken place on one card.

I partly agree, the previous 2 and Mac Valkery pack were worth their money, but i dont know if i am so superhappy about this pack 3.

Why is that? The only difference is that this one doesn't have is a (fun but semi-useless) power, but we get the tailer options instead. If you ask me this has MORE value for it's money than the previous ones.

I admit I'm not as enthusiast as I was with the other packs, but the big lure in this one for me are the emotes and the supersized tailor - ever since I made a few too little characters I wanted to change their height - so yeah then the outfit is just a nice bonus to what I really want out of this pack.
