NPCs made my day...

Just started triple boxing a trio of near identical Grav/Rad controllers. All named Heavy Illumination. Through use of IIl and llI which in the in game font looks like Ill... Anyway was about to ding 15 and decided to do it with a bang and used my Self Destruct on a group of mobs in Steel Canyon. They die and the NPC that they had been threatening runs up and says: "I want my children to grow up just like you..." to a row of non-existent corpses (I didn't ding off the mob ).

Then a little later another rescued NPC tells me that I'm one of a kind, conveniently ignoring the other two of a kind standing (floating I have hover now) right next to me. I sometimes really love this game.

Ah so it was you (I was the one that sent a tell in-game asking why the hell there were 3 :P and how they were getting levels at different times) *red face*

Cape is just a slang word for any superhero, even if they have no cvape themselves - the same with calling us tights

NPC in Cimerora saying 'I heard on the radio Task Force Ion really kicked butt'.

Best one I've had is "oh no not again" from a skull in kings as I started beating him to a pulp

Was on an ITF with my Granite Tanker last night. We skipped up to Romulous and just after his first rez the ambush spawned crying "We must stop them" at which point almost everyone on the team mapserver'd. So they succeeded, briefly

The three way shout match at the end of the Faultline arcs between Sands, Nocturne and Castillo is good fun, though. As is Lady Grey exploding at Nemesis in Serpent Drummers arc
Ah, I think the best one was also in Serpent Drummers arc. When General Aarons actually made Nemesis mad Can't remember the quote, and sadly its not on the wiki. It should be. Go play that arc if you havent.

Also, Cimerora NPCs tend to be made of lore-break fail Radios? TV? Uh, no XD

Aha. I was the /wp scrapper who spent half the TF faceplanting comically. Note to self - make sure where the aggro is before rushing into a group of bosses and hitting Dragon's Tail!

Cimerora NPC dialogue is a bit of a joke.

The best NPC quotes have to be the Villain Group Respec on the STF 3rd mission when you enter the Thorn Tree. All I can remember is one of them saying "I have no Map". But its very funny and unexpected

One of my favorites is "Even with the sniffles, (name) is still the bomb!" after the Vahzilok wasting disease story arc.
