right so this arc, which is amazing imho (good concept poor executions, no arcing storyline)
Is going to be over farmed and generally abused simply for another badge. Another kick in the crotch for the whole "fair rating" system then.
(This isn't a dig at @Muu's mission, But I'm commenting on the fact now its HoF no matter how bad the quallity it'll be gankvoted to stay in there)
The selection is pretty slim and series ends at 250 so yeah.

Psst... mr. sourpants... don't hate the player, hate the game. I'm all for playing more than that one, but for some reasond the HoF is devoid of any content as of yet.

The HoF is destined to be full of rubbish, since most people who play story arcs are discerning and will mark down and fools who chain farm arcs go "N1c3 Ph4r/\/\ m4t3, 5 stars!!!!11".
Muu's arc appeals to both of these types of player to some degree, although personally I thought it was pretty much a one mission gag stretched way beyond it's mark.

As I mentioned in MA Chat the other day, it's not bad, but it's an appeal to the lowest common denominator; as long as I've been playing MMOs (since 2001) there's been LOLNOOBS humor, which is always admired way out of proportion to it's actual writing talent. In Ultima Online it was ImaNewbie, today it's Scott Kurtz' Ding, or hundreds of other WoW equivalents...
The problem HoF might be having at the moment is the instant something gets the grade, it's noticed by a much wider audience; so even if there's not gank-voting (and I believe there is) it also has to compete with the fact that not everyone who plays it is going to think it's that good either, so unless you get a fairly strong percentage who vote 5 compared to everyone else's mixed motivation voting, it's going to tend to disappear pretty quickly anyway.
I managed to get 5 plays through last night before I went to bed, but whether I can get the complete badge set...? Maybe if more than one makes it up at once we'll see them last longer. But who knows?
Why isn't HoF just the top rated 10 arcs? It doesn't have to be a fixed threshold of stars.

Regardless, the devs will make it work, either by changing the threshold or by removing voting privileges of people who 1-star HoF arcs.
I like the suggestion of locking it in place for a week after it has acheived hof status.
