Point is... Some of the parts there are indeed slutty as you said. Sure there are some that are covering each and every inch of body... But not all of the parts are.
On the verge of being just too much.
Heck... Eden pattern on skin is more covering.

we just seem to be getting overly uppity because a set shows some flesh look at it this way from a front view it covers as much as a modern day swimsuit/leotard (actually it covers more than some modern day swimming suits) and i can believe that from the fron there's any kind of problem with it
from the rear ok yes its a bit risky but is it really that bad
upper body has a low cut back no big deal there surely as it well the back nothing wrong with seeing a back is there? plus look at all those start that ware those backless dresses on the red carpet.
that leaves upper legs back other wise known as the bum it covers more than anuff to be considered decent and ill refer you back to some of those red carpet back less dresses

no but were playing a game based pretty firmly off comics now admitedly originally it was golden age but things have to move with the times and comic books have changed since then lets consider some other big name publishers just in case marvels a once off

After seeing the costumes entirely through my own efforts with absolutely no external aid whatsoever with any links to others being coincidental and entirely unpunishable, I'm wondering where, exactly, the problem is.
As near as I can tell, the revealing costume in question is only revealing when you're an absolute idiot intending to add nothing else at all to it. Heavens forbid that you mix and match parts as you like. It would be some sort of insanity to actually put boots, gloves, shoulders, a hat, a chest piece, a back piece and a belt on her as well.
And even better, out of a total five whole sets I saw, only that single one was revealing to any degree worth mentioning. Three are completely covering, oh my lord the fourth showed some skin and with the fifth, you're not allowed to use any other costume pieces! Curse these restrictions!
