luck of the gambler recharge ?
You can slot 5 of them.
On Paragon wiki it says "Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power" on the LoTG set description. It doesn't say that you can't have more than 1 set per character though... so on that basis, yes you can have more than 1 decrease/recharge LoTG in your build... affording it's a different matter altogether.
Main 50 & Badger Nine Claws Claws/Regen/Body
Other 50's Ph10x Brute Unjust Law Tanker Samantha Urai Scrapper Codename 1250 Scrapper
Cepheus Defender Nilus Scrapper Electro Field Blaster S.PONGE Tanker
If you can afford them, you can have a grand total of 5 in your build, and they are independent set bonuses that give you 7.5% bonus rch (Sting of the Manticore/Basilisks etc). So it's possible to have 5 lotg +rch, and 5 (if you can find space for them) 7.5% rch bonuses.
Certainly makes achieving perma-whatever you want much easier.
Now, I'm not fully up on the LOTG recharge bonus, but I was udner the impression you can only stack the same recharge bonus 5 times, regardless of what set the bonus comes from?

LOTG IO is an exception, because it is a single IO bonus, not a SET bonus, I believe.

Yep, but iirc there are no sets that gives 7.5% recharge bonus. So 5 LotG like said earlier.

And thats what It seems to say Here.
Castle further elaborated on the rule of five in I13 Closed Beta saying that the exclusion of more than five of the same bonuses is based on the name of the bonus and not its value. For example, a character can benefit from up to five global benefits of Luck of the Gambler: Defense/Increased Recharge Speed, which gives a global +7.5% bonus to Recharge Rate, as well as up to five set bonuses of +7.5% Recharge. That's because under the Real Numbers in a character's Combat Numbers window, you will see the Luck of the Gambler with a total of 37.5% Recharge bonus (5 x 7.5%) and Huge Recharge Bonus with 37.5% Recharge bonus -- two different named bonuses, even though they have the same value bonus for the same attribute.
Kneeling girls! Statues driving cars! What's going on? Ten years ago a man was arrested in the area for driving statues around in a car. Was it him?
