No, I'm afraid not. It's in the Mac eddition OR you can buy them seperatley HERE
I'm running on Windows, so mac version won't work on this one then, But can't windows users have the Valkyrie pieces?
Yes, buy buying them seperatley via the link in my previous post. Trust me, I just bought it myself to see if the shop was working.
Why should I buy that version while I can't use it, I mean, this is the same version just for windows:

... you misunderstand. The above link doesnt sell you City of Heroes/Villains. Just the items you would of got if you bought the mac version.

I bought the City of Heroes®/City of Villains Combined Edition first, after that noticed that no extra costumes were added so i had to buy the item pack, which makes me able to use more costumes, right.
But the mac version isn't for windows users though.

The bonus pack I linked is not a mac product, it if for PC users so they can get the same items as those who bought the game for their mac.

There are currently different "versions" of the game that each give out different rewards if you purchase that version. They are small rewards like badges/costume pieces etc.
Now dont worry just because you've bought one version doesnt mean you cant have the bonuses of the others. If you want those wings as an example you can click on the link shown by the players (or log onto the plaync store) and buy them 
Its exactly the same price, but all it does is give you an upgrade code in which on your plaync account you use to upgrade it
Once you've upgraded you can access them any time ingame!

Nobody said that, and it's untrue.
Confused now, so the mac and windows pack aren't the same, and both users (mac > Windows) can buy and use both ?
To clear some confusion, the online shop sells codes to upgrade your account, and your account is platform independant.
If you want to play on a Mac, you must buy the Mac pack or the corresponding retail shop item.
If you want to play on a PC, you must buy one of the PC packs or corresponding retail item.
Optionally you can buy any other pack to upgrade your account (which is platform independant) to give you access to the items from the pack.
You can in theory own a Mac and a PC, and run CoX on either machine from a single account.
I hope this clears things up for you, as this subject is giving me a headache

Anyway, still having trouble getting one of those codes, neither of them is working. Still same error.

Not quite right. If you have an active account, and a Mac, you can simply download the Mac software FREE and play on your active account. There is no need to buy the Mac booster to play on a Mac.

ATTENTION:
Buy any CoX game and go to your PlayNC master account, Login and select City of..., Now download PC/MAC Client via the specific option for the version you need.
NOTE: MAC Pack and Game give you an access code which you can use with either version PC/MAC just add it to your account as normal!
This also works for MAC owners with the MAC Client adding Booster Packs etc.
