They resist pretty much everything but -res -dmg and -special(benumb for an example) but rad outputs a shedload between emp and lingering so i think they can overcome it without perma pa. At 50 that is

However, the point stands, even if an ill/rad can solo GM's with SO's, *I'm* not a good enough player to be able to do it. IO's mean that I have something achievable to strive for that is beyond the norm of "complete X mission"

I think my Ill/Rad play just got complimented then.
However I do need to use an IO'd up build to solo AVs on my DM/SR scrapper since the regen buff to AVs so it has given me something to strive for. To make non overpowered builds overpowered

this may be an out of date responce, but i want my 20pence on file, Concerning farming,Its your game when you pay the subs,its up you how you wanna play, i wish everyone would allow people to enjoy this game anyway they choose as long as its not griefing.
Why should it bother anyone else if you wanna take a bunch of like minded people and make inf in this game? as long as you dont sell it for real money i dont see that its anyone elses business,Rant over lol.

Is accepting Influence for power leveling a character something that would be punished by the powers that be?

Nope, there's nothing wrong in ingame trading of Inf for Power Levelling.
Does anyone have a rough idea of what would be a fair cost to ask for power leveling? Examples of
1-22
1-32
1-40
1-50
etc etc?
