Not followed your links yet as I saw similar several days ago. It was pointed out that what appears to be the MA stuff does have names starting "Mission_Maker" and that the Mission_Pets does not - which may be a sign that the pet list is unrelated to anything being put in specifically for MA.

Regarding HEAT/VEAT powers missing: A little voice at the back of my mind seems to think that one of the devs (probably Castle as it 's powers based) commented on the missing powers not being available in MAs 1st version. I'll see if I can find a linky...

So long as you can place entities such as the MM robots as seperate units, I'll be happy. Seeing as you run into a Lich all on its lonesome in one of the Villain side arcs, Im guessing you can do that..? Hoping, at least.

I don't think you can, all you can do is specify the types of regular spawns in the mission.

Hopefully you can tie Ambushes to the custom AV in some way (trigger X number of ambushes at X (Y, Z...)% health to simulate an AV calling reinforcements. Like that RWZ mission where there are 2 or 3 Rikti ambushes triggered when you attack the AV (that was messy the first time I tried to solo it. Fun the second time once I'd scraped myself off the ground)

looks interesting but as already said it looks very simplistic.

what I'd like:
customisable maps like the current base editor , multi-level links through lifts.

placeable glowies

editable elements/properties on destructables

Placeable spawn points (even if each spawn point has a radius that doesnt allow other spawns within a certain range to allow for balance).

Spawn point severity (small, med, large spawn)

patrol spawn / routes

Linked/interdependant mission objectives

triggers (if glowy clicked then....) or if area entered then....

I realise that not everyone wants these things but I'd like them as an advanced option for the editor.

lots of ideas for missions but until I know the final set of tools available to us there's not much point developing any of them as they might not be possible with whats available

I see a lot of long nights at the PC when this gets released. I also predict a lot of grovelling for forgiveness as my better half starts to feel neglected

Everyone wants these Ramon, but most are currently strech goals to be potentially add at a later date. Others may be possible at the start but we can't be sure yet.

Just know that the devs are trying to work on at least most of your list if it isn't already in.

dont worry, toys are still firmly contained within the pram. I'm not havign a go at the devs.

just saying that the MA as it stands (all based on hearsay and rumour)isnt what I would have wished for. Its a step in the right direction for me but not there yet.

having said that, I do have a few story ideas and some can be done with even the most basic of tools so I'll be more than happy to give it a go when it is released.

sorry if my post came across as negative, was meant to be constructive criticism ending in eager anticipation

Just following up a little since the kheld/VEATs were mentioned. Castle has since posted that it's only these player powers that won't appear - there are, of course, similar or partial sets available in existing mobs.

Really I don't even need whole new powersets. Just the ability to reskin the Galaxy Archon and PPD Peacebringers so they look different would be MORE than enough to cover my needs.

I hope the lack of a Kheld powerset doesn't extend to the ability to reskin the existing Khleds... pretty much my whole 15 mission arc concept depended on at least being able to have my custom NPC's use the Galaxy Archon or PPD Peacebringer suite of powers.

I don't need a whole set... just the ability to use the PPD Kheld and Galaxy Archon sets with different skins attached to them.
