Union is the busier server, apparently, but Defiant still has its fair share! I think most people are hanging out in Pocket D at the mo' though!

I know most are probably doing the festive stuff at the moment but even so it seems far more quiet than I remember it being.
Shortly before I left I started notice less and less activity in my SG and many of my fellow sg leaders (it was a network of sgs run by about 4 players) started to leave for other things and now its dead there.
What I'm basically saying is I'm virtually friendless in Defiant now 
(lol)
Perhaps I just move in the wrong circles

I commented on Defiant Events the other day how there seemed to be a lot of new players kicking around Atlas. It could have been just a fluke, but a few people on the channel also agreed.
Said channel is always busy as well and Ive seen new people on there.
I never trust anecdotal evidence though. Its been scientifically proven to be wrong on so many occasions.

Maybe a wrong time mate, but for the past few weeks I haven't seen this many people on defiant in ages, was part of a rikti raid on sunday and there were 7 full teams there alone, and the day before was TF heaven, TF's banging off in all directions, I did not know which way to turn, i'm sure i could have fitted in more than 6 different tf's in but was in a state of shock 
.
Imo defiant never looked so good, and my friends list has doubled even trebled in the past few weeks, keep it up defiant.
Just to add, people like Omega MCX are making defiant a pleasure at the momnet with the constant string of events being panned out.
Defiant Events also holds a good 100-150 people everyday and is a great source of finding teams for anything that you feel like doing.
Another person to add would be Searing Empress (think thats right) who takes time out to ensure a smooth raid every Sunday and who makes sure everyone gets on a team.

Hey Radburn, I'm still in SO but unfortunately because of the shuffle about before everyone left most of my toons are now in SO2 and I don't have leader status any more so there's very little point in me still being there.. but I don't want to leave coz I'm too attached to 'em lol stupid I know but I put a lot of effort into SO and I was there over a year (possibly 2 I can't recall)

Think I'll pipe up a bit more in Defiant Events from now on then.
Perhaps I should try and find an active sg as well, though I'm not sure how that will go.. I think I'm probably far to used to being a leader not to be one any more lol but I don't want to start a new one or try and get SO up and running again (far far to much effort to be fun any more)

Im certainly not going down the thread locking route as per the general section. I know Union has more people, but as Ive always said, for me its about who you play with not the number of people available (and I know not everyone agrees with that). I play on Defiant Heroes because I have fun.
Heck, I play all my villains on Union because I wanted to keep slots free on Defiant in case I make up more heroes. I find both servers equally enjoyable and the people Ive spoken to from the other two seem rather nice as well.
I just love you all.

I've been on a brake for a few months and since I've been back it seems to me that it is awfully quite on defiant.
The few of my friends that still play seem to have jumped to Union (where I started long long ago) and there seems very few people/teams about by comparison with union.
I was surprised to see no crowd in Atlas and in fact very few people even on the map.
Am I just online at the wrong times or has union become more popular in my absence? (Or am I just plain paranoid?)
