Yes, what kind and level are they Lycon?. If they are lv50 + you might want to sell them at Wentworths Auction House only they go for millions at the higher levels, the Lv52 and 53 ones for tens of millions.

The travel speed/end ones fetch huge money.
I still use them to pad out sets. Especailyl like scirocco's where I only slot 4. Check an acc/dmg in you get most stuff to ed limits.

Hami o's are still worth selling or slotting they tend to give a better over all bonus than there equivalent IO so Hami that boosts Regen/endred is better than a IO that dose Regen/endred so if your not looking for set bonuses Hami o's are the way to go.
all are lvl 50 and on heros side(union server) i must have a few of every type but loads of dam/acc dam/range and dam/mez.
I used a load of them on my Spine/Invul scrapper to take all my armours down to 3 slots and save a load of slots for IO slotting up the rest of my powers

My controller has them in all her primaries. They are much better than IOs for getting the holds on, no other secondary effects, but that's no bother.

Interested in hearing how you figure that? Granted you'll get more acc/mez if you slot just for that with 3 slots or whatever...but why would anyone just slot for acc and mez?

Maybe a team based toon, happy to mez while others do the damage? Or needs to save slots for her secondry powers?
IMO if slotting's not too much of an issue then HOs compliment set IOs. Where slots ARE short on a build then HOs can really save your bacon (i.e. 3 Enzyme HOs in Radiation infection)

You're correct to some extent. HO's are great in some aspects if you wish to save slots such as the Enzyme's in RI, Ribo's in shields, Membrane's in Aim/BU and such but in most situations they're lacking. 3 x acc/mez in holds and such god no!
IO's beat HO's 9 times out of 10.

Still, I always slot Recharge into mez powers as well. Just plain Acc/Mez isn't enough for me.

Using Knockout Blow as a mez is laughable at best. And unless you're talking only 3 slots in Knockout Blow your example doesnt apply.

[Edit] On that note, MM Leviathan Mastery now has two mag 3 holds in it. Hm.
I use HO's in my ST hold for pvp.
3acc/mezz, 3 recharge

Nope I wouldn't just 3 slot knockout blow, that would be stupid. It is as much a hold as a damaging attack, in fact I think it started out as a hold. If sappers can't be one shotted despite rage being up and usually they can't on my settings then they're not going to do anything after I hit them with it and even if I have to tend to other matters for the moment.

Hami-Os are still useful. The other day when re-evaluating my builds, a Membrane and a Lysosome found their way onto my list of stuff I need.
Now if only there were actually any Lysosomes on the Black Market.
does anyone like these over Io's at all? i have not played for months and come back and i have about 80 of these to play with.
