Didn't this start last year when there wasn't a CoV birthday badge (as there had been the year before). Sort of ties in to them treating CoH and CoV as one game...
Would have thought it'd get a mention on the website though - a few minutes copy writing and a couple of kb of disk ain't a lot...

Happy Anniversary to all of us who embrace the filthy, scummy, murderous, treacherous, lecherous, arsonist, ethically poor and morally dubious, villainous ways! And like it! ^_^
And yes, the City of Villains Anniversary was only commemorated once (and with the Elusive/Pursuer badge to boot too) after which the powers that be decided there would be no more anniversaries red side as the two would become one. Still, that doesn't stop the players from acknowledging the event now, does it?
So, huzzah if you're a villain, I say!

What, you mean instead of the usual old smash-kill-destroy we should subvert the system Lex Luthor-style and try to get elected to a high political office like Paragon City Mayor, at which point we could start flinging nukes around and declaring war on everything that moves?
