It's from the devs April Fool joke, where they claimed they were going to delete the sound files for powers, and replace them with comicbook style sound effect bubbles - "Freem" was given as an example of how one of these bubbles would be written to represent a Blaster shooting.

Nah just make it an unlockable weapon for ARs or archery. My guess is you get it for killing those annoying CoT with Cross Bows.... boy they make me cross 
A Mystical pack would be a great idea and very popular one.
I like the O.P plus (off the top of my head):
#Mystical rings, amulets. (colour selectable)
#Witches broomsticks (mounted or side-saddle emote) for use with fly/hover.
#"Bampf" disappear reappear emote on teleport
#Mystical debuff curse nuke (some kind of ceremony emote similar to the AoC PoM spellcasting which has a pillar rising up and book pages fluttering about) with demons or entities for dark or white magic varieties.
#Cauldron emote (stirring, adding ingredients, tasting-good reaction/bad reaction, adding ingredients. looped.)
#AoE 'Slow' power causes skeletal hands to thrust up out of ground and grab at ankles aka Evil dead:Medieval dead.
#Staffs, wands and robes of various sorts added as cossie pieces.

It'd make more sense having it in a booster though than having it as an unlockable weapon. Unless it became an invented temp power like the revolver.
