Not everyone will be available to start the next round tonight, so in my opinion sticking to the original plan of once a week will ensure everyone will be available as much as possible.
I would much prefer more than one fight, given the start date has been widely advertise I would have thought this would be the most attended night.

Based on last night, I'd suggest we only run the 7 first round matches tonight. For future matches we can look at playing matches at times that teams and judges agree on, and obviously play major sessions on weekends as originally planned.
We can only run as many matches as we have judges for (3 tonight) at a time, and with a 15 team it will also take more time than yesterday to update the brackets accurately. I'd rather not take on too much on the first night.

I understand on the 1st night, only the 1st round being played, because we had a few no shows and late ppl, and a lack of judges, but once we get into the swing of it, and we're a bit more organised, the best option will be to have as many fights in one night as possible, otherwise we risk ppl going to Uni and pull outs etc =[
I completely understand dirt. The Event is under review and i am planning to run the event much quicker. I wanted to get this first night out of the way to test the water so to speak and then change it moving forwards i will give you a better idea tomorrow.

A brief update to let you know. I have arrange a schedule to allow the X4 event to be completed on the 20th September.
I will post more details after i have confirmed with the judges.
This would include 4 more fight nights.

Hopefully there won't be that many forced specific weekday match nights, as some of us have to work late every now and then. So some leeway in the dates when matches have to be fought by would be appreciated.
