Still waiitng for energy mele for scrappers. Although as a number of the devs have pointed out a straight port with the scrappers damage multiplier and the stuns would be hugely overpowered.

Dark for blasters would be cool. The only problem is the fact that the blasts are slow so it might get frustrating with other people killing stuff while your blast is still flying through the air.

I think I recall it being discussed that Dark Blasters would be slightly overpowered because of mitigation in the form of -def and a self heal and a cone immobilize, etc...
...but then Sonic Blasters can already perma-sleep an entire spawn, any Blaster can get Aid Self anyway which doesn't require a ToHit check, and other blast sets have mitigation effects already.

Thing is, does Dark have a third single target blast? I don't think it does... And, well, everyone knows how popular lolElectric Blast is. Still, Dark powersets are utility-focused, which might still be more popular than Endurance Dran...

It's not so much Dark Blast being overpowered on a blaster, it just needs a fair bit of fiddling with, which means it will take more time (especially in testing), which pushes it down the to-do list.

For example, the first two powers in the set would need to be chanaged for defiance 2, and you wouldn't really want a DoT in there? Would a blaster really want a snipe at level 2? Most significantly, no Aim.

Radiation Blast needs fewer changes, so I would guess it would be done first.

Im hoping for Rad/ blasters psi/ corrs /empathy corrs and a new domi type, not really bothered by othersets unless there completely new.

Did't they say that the new ones in I12 were the ones that were easiest to switch over?
If that's the case, then the ones in I13 will probably be the medium difficulty ones to switch, and the really tough ones will have to wait for I14 or I15.

No, they said that they where going to do the easy ones, but they found that meant that some ATs would get lots and some would get none.

On that topic, I wonder if KO Blow and Seismic Smash, when Scrappers (and Stalkers?) get those, will follow the Total Focus example (currently on Stalkers) of only a 30% crit damage boost, as the base damage is the same for all three.
That, and ET not getting any damage bonus from crits.

The thought of double-Raged (however much longer that lasts) KO Blow dealing double damage on a crit sounds beyond scary.

Like with Electric Assault being added last proliferation, I think Electric Control is up next for Dominators, with Dark Assault ready for the next set of proliferations for Dark Control to come in.

I don't think we'll get any new MM primaries, and I think Icy Melee/Ice Armour is more likely. We can at least say something about ice bending light to hide, right? Really hoping for Cold Domination for Controllers, and Thermal for defenders. A team consisting of a Fire/Fire and Ice/Ice Tank, Fire/Thermal and Ice/Cold Defender, Fire/Thermal and Ice/Cold Controller and Fire/Fire and Ice/Ice Blaster... /drool.

I also think we'll be getting more synergizing APPs.

I actually think a lot of that list will be correct Zortel, except i believe if shields go live they will likely go to tanks as well as brutes.

Also I dont think empathy will go to MMs, at least not with some massive changes to the recharges of the Recov/regen auras, a MM in BG mode would be near unkillable especially as it could perma Fortitude 5 of its pets, and supply AB to one other perma. the top off the rest with regen aura with only a min or so downtime.
