Doc Delilah and lifts

[Wasn't sure where to put this, please move if General is wrong]

Did she get fixed, or was the bug just always intermittent?

I've gone up that lift a few times in the last week and every time she's actually followed me and come out at the top, rather than getting invisibly stuck in the workings somewhere to evermore complain from off stage that I've left her behind. That's never happened before!

I don't recall anything about her getting fixed in the patch notes.

It was probably a stealth fix that they didn't feel was worth mentioning.

Great, now she can be killed by the AV instead of getting trapped

@Jay Leon Hart
Kerensky: this has nothing to do with underwear
Zwillinger: I put on my robe and wizard hat...
Synapse: I had to resist starting my last post off with "Yo dawg!"

Thought that was fixed ages ago. Could have sworn it was in some notes before I left.

If it was, then it didn't stick - she was still doing it around 3 months ago, the last time I was in Faultline...

I did that mission yesterday and she vanished into the lift never to reappear.

She probably had enough of being rescued all the time - she's almost as bad with it as Fusionette

I always like the twin combination of fuisionette and the arachnos guy (whos name slips my mind at present). One summons drones that are miles behind for most of the time and the other likes to aggro rooms.

That's nothing compared to WSPDR reporter Amanda Vimes on villain-side (not that you'd know about that ) - I swear there must be a dozen missions either kidnapping her or rescuing her (you even get to kidnap her family!) - she gets kidnapped more often than Azuria loses magical artefacts!

If this is the one I'm thinking of that starts outside with the sky raiders then I did it about 3 weeks ago and she came up the lift ok and when working around to the entrance into the building she started on one of the sky raiders near the entrance and knocked him over the side then went after him and never came back. If it's a different mission then she obviously just has a berserker mentality generally.

I'd guess she isn't afraid of uncovering stories of Lord recluse's evil deeds?

That's the one. Usually she can't use the lift to get to the top (just before you enter the indoor part).

They obviously just need to make the lift wider so she can fit her superpowered breas... errr physique inside of it

That's usually what gets her into trouble, yeah. We alternate between rescuing her or kidnapping her ourselves depending on our contacts' motives (sometimes they want her to print a scandal to discredit a rival)

She's easily the most-kidnapped NPC in the whole game - Fusionette may be dumber, but she only gets kidnapped, what, 3-4 times?

Technically, I don't think Fusionette actually gets kidnapped at all - that'd mean the Villains were planning on doing it - but she just seems to run into them and end up captured

Yeah one of the arcs does say this - he likes to give people hope (hence Westin Phipps) so they don't think they're living in a complete dictatorship, but he does really control what she says - the Rogue Isles do have censorship - I've been an agent of it

Sometimes she gets over-ambitious though and tries to be a proper journalist - that's when she needs slapping down a bit

She didn't, we shut down the news station whilst Arachnos had a chat with her.

Probably not, but we stopped the broadcast and got paid, why should we care what she does now?

She found it rather hard to broadcast the news with no power to run the cameras, so yeah. Kidnapping her family has certainly worked for getting her to shut up as well.

Still not quite sure how stopping a broadcast helps Lord Recluse present himself as not being a dictator

Who's going to know what Recluse is up to if they can't broadcast about it?
