Lightening Field (Which I assume is similar) doesn't give any buff at all.
Odd, but has Cloaking device always given +DMG 'cause it doesn't say anything about it in the info-text for the power.
Info text is bugged, no +dmg there.

Cloaking Device does provide a +DMG, but only to the Snipe from AR, I think.
LDF got it in one. The text needs to be edited IMO.
I was wondering about the +DMG buff from Cloaking Device myself, but according to Mids, it's Targeting Drone which gives the AR snipe the damage buff.

IIRC that is indeed the case, as TD replaces the build up like power.

Targeting drone give the snipe buff afaik. Cloak gives somes stealth and minimal def.

If I understand correctly even the secondary powerpools adds to the damage stacking. So toggles like Cloaking device and targeting droid gives constant +DMG I presume? I wonder since I last night saw that there was "+invisible(self) +Def(All) +DMG" in the cloaking device description.
