    After spending some time playing a game that may or may not rhyme with with "Hurled of Doordaft" I thought I'd buy a months play time and see what's changed in Paragon.

    I was last here in Issue 12 - so I was hoping for some quick answers

    1) What's the situation with Defiant vs Union? Is Union still the more popular, suggested choice for PuGs?

    2) Is there any new story-content? All I can see is a Reichsman TF? The lack of new content was a big reason I left...Where's this Storm that was coming?

    3) Is the AE just farming, or are there decent story missions in there (why do I get the feeling this is gonna cause fights?)

    4) Day jobs - these only give temporary buffs right (max 2 hours)?

    I'd also consider putting a Achilles-Res proc in Oil Arrow.

  9. This power is obscene.

    I got it (unenhanced) on my blaster on teams and I was getting 7-8end per second and 4-5% total regen.

    3 Recharge, 2 Health, 1 Acc for me, until I fiddle with IOs.
  10. Well. I've been teaming alot (I'm all about teaming :P) and the toggles are stupidly awesome.

    Most teams have at least 4 VEATS in atm (likely to drop later on though).

    I PuG alot. In the last week I've had one team of 7 VEATs and a Corrup and one team of 7 VEATs and a Brute.

    In all cases we uber pwned. We were fighting +4's (for all bar the mission holder who was 3 levels higher than rest of us) and we completly mullered them. We needed it to be HARDER.

    75% Def, 45%+ Damage bonus, Acc bonus, stacked Venon grenades on a Hero/AV....

    It's fun, but not overly challenging.

    The new phase/dimension shift/detention field/sonic cage announcements are brilliant.

    You used to be able to sit in the AH buy salavage and converting endlessly, as long as you didn't close the craft window...

    Now the window auto closes when the table explode....which is annoying..I've still got 3k to go

  17. I've been really bored of heroes since I dinged 50 with my first villian (just after they introduced 40-50 content), and he'd done pretty much every arc!

    BUT with SoA I like the sound of them again.

    Sure to be in ainflux of players making it easier to get a group
    Been long enough I can do the content again without remembering all.
    Crab Spiders have some genuinely new powers

    Thematic Synergy is always most important to me, to Psi/Mental all the way.

    If I had to pick, Psi/nrg (POWERBOOST) would be amazing.
