MMM like you said realy, what are you going to be using it for.
On my defender i have it slotted for end drain, it works great with power boost.
On my blaster i have it slotted as a normal attack and use it with ball lightning for a semi decent AoE opener (if there is a tank present anyway)
For PvP i would go for end drain as the DoT damage is minimal and you realy want spike damage in PvP.
I had it 5 slotted with a Set (Scirico?) and then an End Mod in place of the proc.

I am just wondering, is it worth slotting Short Circuit for damage or end drain or even a bit of both? With IO's i can manage to do both but i am just wondering if its worth it either way? I am currently playing an Elec/Dev (which is alot of fun) and since getting Short Circuit i have usually had little end problems (without Stamina). Now later i am going to be running 2-3 toggles so i am getting stamina, i am just wondering what makes best use of Short Circuit?
I have taken Ball Lightning so the two AoE's go well together, i also intend on PvPing abit too, so any suggestions would be great! Not experienced in Elec what-so-ever so yeah! xD
