I can only speak for myself, but the SG I belong to is full of people who think (with good reason) they're better than the Average Joe. This leads to the fact that it takes quite some effort to get in, and usually the first things we tend to pay attention is the spelling and the quality of stuff people speak, as that is kinda the only thing that can be paid attention to until you play with the person for a while.
I guess there are some SGs out there that accept just about anyone aboard, but then again, they wouldn't probably qualify for your standards of "a good SG".
So, to sum an answer to your question: a good player should find a good supergroup quite easily on Union. If you can't find one, they might not be the reason.

maybe you shouldnt put your standards so high. a sg isnt about how good it is, its about the ppl in it and how well you get along.

You might have more luck with uniyes heroes than unino ,just a suggestion.
Tell us why you think it is so hard to find, what have you done so far to find one?
Who and how have you asked?
Where have you been looking and what kind of responses have you got that make you say it is too hard?
This may help to understand why you have had problems.

), it might have been better to phrase it in a different way - like "SGs on Union and Defiant", or "Trouble Finding a SG on Union".

all i whant is an active sg with a good community couse im a active player that plays almost every day if i can and the sg has to have atealst a few arena events a month or go on a TF or something like that but for the 6 month ive playd ive only been in sgs were theres non ever on or there are 6 peeps on that hate eatch other and doint say a word and that is quite anoying whiles on villians a found a good sg with lots of active peeps and were the high lvls help the low lvls etc same on defiant why is it so hard to find something like that on union heroes and im sorry for the out rage but im getting fed up
ive also found it quite hard to find a sg to join on union, while im not looking to be in any of the top sg just an active one with friendly ppl to talk to etc. things ive tryed are emailing leaders of sg that have posted on the recruitment section (with only one reply), shouting on broadcast looking for eg, and on the team search display looking for grp also and active sg. i even saw a full grp off sg ppl standing beside one of my missions and said looking for sg and they ignored me and my partner. we are both lvl 40 and up intil now we have played alone looks like we have to stay that way

Have you thought of starting your own SG? You can get a small base up and running quite quickly, and they're great fun to design and decorate.

Do you join SGs when you get a blind invite? That's very rarely a good way of finding a SG - it's usually just someone tyring to boost the Prestige score of their SG.

oh and btw, there are many many good SGs out there on union, so your not gonna get far by insulting them all now are you?
Perhaps there needs to be a better way for recruiting SGs to post here? Something similar to the new player help threads, maybe?
