There has been some, and most of them are easy to find. i say we grab copies of those (in case the owners aren't aware yet) and rollback A.S.A.P before any additional changes are made by other people.
seeing as all the edits cant be shown in one 500 item list, it is possible to override that limit by just changing that number in the search url

Only User:Stephen Strange's changes are being rolled back, so His_Hairness' first ever entry should still be okay. I'll need to wait to speak to Pious, but I'd expect the current week ban will be extended if I have anything to do with it, seeing this is a repeat offense.
Please note that the Wiki will go into read only mode later as the mighty Bot VanHelsing goes to work on rolling back around 750 changes.

Ok... before you bite my head off... This is what I thought I was doing...
I noticed all categories and sub-categories looked to me like a total mess. Its either a category or a sub-category. You shouldn't have both. There where remarks from me and Ammon stating so. And they where already old.
I chatted to Pious and asked him what it should be. As he thought it had to be sub-categories. So that pages linked went automatically under it. I just went ahead and changed that. First for my pages... then as I had some spare time to more. It gave a structured look and feel. And NO DATA was changed at ALL! As this is a wiki changes are stated and can be rolled back. It rather impossible to call or mail every owner you know. Or I would have done so.
I found some obvious locations that where also businesses as they made money. That is the only thing I added in categorie. That I didn't place a discussion remark for.
Now I know I made some logo's. I gave a remark that it was just something I made up. If the owner wouldn't like... It's one click to removing it. This is a wiki after all. If good intended additions aren't welcome... then it will not happen again. I spend a lot of time in doing what I thought best.

This is a wiki. And I did some without serious data change. Sure there are pages linking to themselves. As all got the same treat ment.. but almost all pages where st up different. And I haven't touch data of the page.
Anyway... no harm or anything was intended. I don't spend a lot of time on something to annoy people. It will NOT happen again. Ever!!!

You're correct that it was an old change. With all the list of changes that have popped up, that was an easy mistake to make, and I apologise for raising it.
I'm not sure I understand what you're saying about you shouldn't have a category and subcategory... that's what a subcategory is there for, to break up a larger category.
The system with the Supergroup pages as categories, for instance, means that anyone who tags themself with a [Category:SGnamehere] tag will automatically be linked under it, instead of having people having to manually update the page when they add characters. If lots of people have a problem with this, they should raise it on this thread. Changing your page is understandable. Changing everyone elses not so.
Yeah it's a wiki, but that doesn't give you free reign to change it willy nilly. The ONLY changes you have a right to make are to your OWN pages, not other peoples. As it is, you've buggered up entire sections, screwed up the categories, and causing pages to link back to themselves, causing Zortel a huge amount of grief. And you did all this AFTER being told last time not to change other peoples pages without permission.
Sure Pious is one of the mods, but he's not the ONLY mod, and even he can't go giving permission to you to go messing with other peoples pages.
Do what you like to your own pages, but keep your damned interfering hands OFF of other peoples.

Were you fell down is on changing anyone else page, that not up to you, unless it relates to your character, you should leave well enough alone.
Although I only occasionally update my toons pages on Union Universe, Liz, I'm only going to echo what was said before. Don't let your brain say "why not change everybody else pages?"

Yes, it is, but it's a small community wiki and you changed the structure of it unnecessarily. There was no way I could revert the changes you made I felt were not required, so I'd say that was a serious data change. The Barrington Club is never going to need a category and, frankly, neither did most of the other changes you made to the business section. You just applied the same rule to everything without knowing anything about the subject. That's bad practice and should be left to the people who originated the pages to handle.
Did you really expect wholesale structural changes to go by without question?

This is where i have the problem with it, and why i made the post originally. The SGs, fine, most of those also have a category section, but businesses, locations and ITEMS? ffs...

I did what I thought was right. And I haven't changed anything that was completly wrong. For instance... I gave Pocket D the Category:Business. Is that wrong? A nightclub/Disco is a business. it makes money. Not only a location.
Anyway. This is the second time I placed a lot of time and efford in it. From the first time a lot of good changes stayed. I don't mean to do any harm. take it from me (also seeying how much time went into it) there will NOT be a third time.

I gain access to one of your websites, and change it around to how -I- would make one. Would you be happy with this? I'm guessing not. Same goes for other people's Wiki pages.
You turned the Galaxy Girl Page into a category, deleting the information you took from the main page and then setting up a redirect from that to the Category:Galaxy Girl page, when there was no need to. It was fine as just being a normal page.

Yes... I did so unintentionally. But would it be a total disaster if all pages where setup the same way. There where never rules applied... only templates. But I guess you're right. flexibility can't hurt either. I was never flexible enough then.
