Its pretty much the only real problem, the people who think they have a divine mandate to grind in RV freely for as much as they like. Actually I recently discovered that there seems to have developed an entire subculture of grinders on defiant.
I have been talking against heavies and rewards, but that is just an indirect way of getting at the grinders.
Defiant RV is [censored] all. Went in there for 2 min the other day. 2 Villains moaning for not being allowed to farm.And after that they were moaning cause they wanted to do 1vs1 and huggle with the heroes and not fight properly in the zone. RV is just lame.
Shouldn't post before the morning coffee... Editing for some sense.
I actually had quite good fights at Union RV last night. There were people actually out for blood. Sadly, there were also the regular badge-hunters and farmers, but with the pvp'rs around, it didn't feel as annoying.

Well the 1v1 hugging can happen on any zone. Personally I'm using my stalker to get at the hero grinders atm, and having great fun in doing so. Thank you positron for bringing us the double xp and allowing me to get my stalker up levels to recluses victory. Now the proverbial fox has found her way to the henhouse

For the record my totally negative experiences stem from Defiant RV.so far i popped only 1 time on Union RV and i had a blast.
comparing Warburg between the 2 servers well is like day and night.Place always some has action going on Union at least and with some really good players lots of funny incidents,good fights,mishaps etc.Well something to keep you going anyway and to make up for the total lack of rewards in this game PvP.
Defiant warburg is pretty peaceful place imo..

God, i hate that. Seriously i am not bothered if someone do 1v1s in a zone thats empty or there are a few players. But when having blasters jump around, scrappers run all around the shop, stalkers AS everyone and such, you Cannot do 1v1s. Usually they say " Meh, cba go all the way to arena". And if you interupt them ( I love doing that ) They moan. I even got a threat message by someone last night for killing him. And that was not even RV, was WB evening. RV imo is a serious joke and i agree with TG. Not only the crappy 1v1s with no inspis like : " I AM EM/NIN STALKER, U R SQUISH K, NO INSPIS, STUN N KILL U" but the farmers/badgehunters destroy the zone. I dont mind farmers who fight, but i HATE farmers who say " pls let me farm, leave me alone i dont wanna fight".

Umm... that was for like five minutes? Not a whole half an hour or more like farmers! And my friend was just attacking some Arachnos as I wanted to see what Illusions was like. All I asked was that you leave us alone for a few minutes and then you can attack us. So I don't really see your point. And saying it is far more ridiculous gives me the impresssion that you like the fact people or yourself can farm there. I think me asking you to leave me and a friend alone for FIVE MINUTES pales in comparsion to farmers ruining a zone which would be rather enjoyable if people used it right! 
And they could do something with Recluse's Victory. Instead of having Level 54 Turrets why not reduce them to Level 50. This would dramatically lower the rewards they give. Also, lower the "Elite Boss" Heavies down to Level 50 so it can prevent players from being one-shotted. Or scrap the heavies even. More than half the population of the game with any Archetype can solo a Boss their level anyway so I don't see the need for Heavies. But then again the Turrets are close together so why not space them out a bit more?

It's a double-standard to say that in one case, people should expect to be attacked because it's a PvP zone and you're warned upon entering, but then asking people not to attack yourself or others for any other reason.
My personal take is that I don't care about farmers, or badgehunters, or duelists, or anything... as long as they're fine with the idea that people are allowed to attack them at any time, and quite possibly whilst teamed, with a heavy, or while using insps. Telling people not to kill you in a PvP zone is always ridiculous, regardless of the reason.
People have every right to be irritated when they do get killed when they don't want to PvP, or when the odds are unfair, but I'm firmly of the opinion they should keep their irritation to themselves, or get some friends to help, rather than starting with the "Don't kill me, I'm farming/dueling/fighting AVs/huntin koolas" lines or insulting whoever's doing the killing.
Quick edit: Just to point out, I apply these rules to myself in the reverse situation, too. If I am in a PvP zone doing something that isn't PvP, then I pretty much expect that other people will come after me. Sure, it can be irritating when you really need those Shivans or whatever you're after and someone won't leave you alone, but I try to keep my frustration to myself, and get someone to come in and help if I can, because I know whoever's doing it has every right to.

All that was asked was for 5 minutes, then kill away. You attacking before then was just being mean. Dont get me wrong, Im on your side, but we are all still people after all. If someone asks me not to kill them for 5 minutes, thats not a big deal. One lap of RV and your back to take them out. Its not that much to ask is it?
You want to test something out? Do it in the arena.
Or find a secluded location at the zone, but if you get attacked, blame yourself.

I STILL don't understand why one set of people can tell another set what they can't do in a zone.
No, PvE'rs can't tell PvP'ers to not fight them, but c'mon, PvP'ers, you have as little right to tell anyone they can't PvE or farm.
I wonder if I'm alone in that the few times that I've been to RV I've haven't gone with any specific intention to PvE or PvP. I've gone to play. In a fun zone with some fun toys. I just go to shoot some stuff, and if I see any enemy players, shoot them too. With a big robot .
Heavies don't spoil RV. High horses do .

See, it starts with 5 mins, and as said before you COULD go a lap through RV and come back, but then it'll be another 5 mins.. and another.. its not that, as said its the principle that counts. You just want to show a toon? Go to the arena/pocket D/both. Show in RV if you want, but dont whinge if you get attacked then.
As for PvPers sayin there shouldnt be any PvE there. I think a point is being missed here. Afaik the general consensus of the PvPers is, farm all you want there, just dont whine if you get attacked by another player cause it IS a pvp zone.
