Light Blast sounds sexy but I think it'll look quite like Energy Blast as I don't see how they can do different animations :/

Energy Blast looks (and sounds) just like a water torrent. Have made a few water-themed characters that way. Waterspout Collins just got out of Outbreak, in fact.
Now, more Tank primaries would make me happy.

Agreed and theres no point in adding another blaster set that isnt better/different than existing ones. Tankers and Scrappers need more armours

Yes they do. A [censored] load of psi resistance sets to balance it towards PvP. Psi/nrg blasters would be insanely overpowered.

It would be strong but as it doesnt have aim I dont think it would be too overpowered. There is quite a bit of psi resistance villain side too with elec armour, ninjitsu, dark armour. . . Ok I just want a psi blast toon and dont want to level a defender

Its too overpowered. Only granite has psi def (BU hits through it way to easy), all those armors stated only granite minor resist to this. Why would u need aim if u can pop just a extra red one, cause nobody has defence to psi anyway.
Go kin/psi, thats quite a blaster.

With the introduction of the invention system DA and ElA Brutes can cap their psi resistance.
I wouldn't call that minor...

Blasts I would like to see:
Plasma: Energy/Fire mixed, DoT, with "splash" AoE on all attacks.
Light: Energy, -perception/accuracy secondary.
Throwing: Shuriken, Genades, Poison darts, Rocks, Knives, Bolas, Javelins, The kitchen sink, you name it - you can throw it.

Yeah,30% unresistable damage.
But that is true for all blaster attacks,so i don't see why that is relevant for psi blast in particular.
Relevant it that, all other elementals are quite common resisted by most toons, specialy the tankers. So even those little few having psi resist have to face the 30%, rest is just plain bait for psi blaster. (not to mention defiance maxed, going close to 1 shot everything).
But to end the discussion, i thought devs made it clear that there will be no copying of sets anymore, only new sets added. Outside the fact blaster got enough already.

How about Gadgets?
Clusterbombs; that australian bent throwing stick i cant remember how to spell. More fancy or smaller firearms like a freeze gun... Handcuffs. Lasoo? you know... more stuff.
i would rather see a another defense to tanks and scrappers, like elec armour, instead of a another choice for blasters really.
How about Metal Shell.
The ability to cover parts (or all) of your body in a coating of impervious metal; or to manipulate the metal of your body into sharp spikes or whatever other shapes would provide interest and good powers.
Thats more a scrapper or tanker Yittle but i would actually like to see a Water Type... actually isnt one of the villians a fish type he has a few water moves...
I would like to see Wind Blaster.
Wind Blaster (Knockback Focused- like energy):
Fearsome Blow- Like
Wind Cutter- Wind Slices and Dices
Focused Gust- Like Sniper But an aoe type damage spreadout depending on the amount of mobs
Aim- You know what that is
Cyclone Blast: Summons A Twister on a target and all those around him will be knocked back.
Then as a Final:
Wind Demon: Like Dark servant but covvered in leaves then has Green glowing eyes. comes in any gender at random.

I'd prefer they look at blaster secondaries before making more primaries(Ice?? [censored]?). Oh yeah, have another look at the rooting of some sets, before making new ones as well. I'm looking at you Sonic Blast!!
who here would want some weather blasts as a power set, kinda like the storm summoning but as an attack rather than buffs and debuffs.
Also, i know this has been mentioned loads of times before, who wants light blast? (me!)
