We used this strategy for Heroes, and like I just said to the Union guys, it could easily be adapted for villains too. As long as you have a thermal or a kin in each team, and plenty of rads (we had 7) you can probably do it. As I said in their thread, though, I'm not entirely sure where MMs will fit in (besides a TA MM for the oilslick/HT combo). From what I'm reading, poison has some pretty nice debuffs and a clear-mind style power so they could be used to replace the kin or therm in a team. Also, powers like Weaken and Benumb will be really useful to drop on the green mitos to stop them from healing the other mitos for so much.

From what I was reading MM can be utilized in a number of ways as, /dark for the mazz rez and iol slick. The pets can be sent in one after another train fashion to try to take aggro from hammie just fodder for hammie really especially close to bloom points. Secondarys can be used to some extent like corrupters.
We have a lot to work on as its new to us but I like the challenge.

I dont mind having a go on sunday 
Just an idea but what if we have an eight man team of Dominators/masterminds all the pets upgraded and buffed and have them team tp in to hammi and take out a green before tp'n out or tp'n next to another green to take it out and keeping most of the mito's busy, while another force of brutes stalkers and corrupters goes for yellows?
Id be up for Sunday also but I would like to get a plan for all to know what to do before starting.
I should think sunday would be ok with me to, although as silent said we need a solid plan before we even start this time.

Yes please have a little read up 1st and as Shock and Silent have both said this time we need a solid plan re the team make up if nothing else.
