A Trapper global channel is a nice idea! I've not set up a channel before but shall look into how to do it.
K, I have decided on my character. He is an Ar/Dev corrupter called Napalm Poet.
He is ex-special forces specialising in demolition and explosives. He was dishonourably discharged from the military after selling C-4 on the black market, principally to the Family and Trolls. He was in the same unit as my AR/Dev blaster Gun Smoke.
By the way, are we all trying to start with the same initial contact and if so which should I go for (Burke or Kalinda).

Either will do, I daresay we'll advance fast enough to level 5 without much help from the contact missions though.
Nice character background too, btw.
(Just remember the starting contact determines the Aura/Cape missions - if you recall the doms had a mix and spread it over two weeks doing them)
Good luck with this one Echo, should be really uber once those traps are slotted up! 
I realise the cape/aura thing, but peeps have already rolled their toons so there's little point in enforcing it now.

As for my toon, Mea Culpa, she's an ex-child genius turned bad, with a compulsion for tinkering with hi-tech equipement and for setting up booby-traps and explosives. No bio yet, but that's the basic idea behind her.
Commander Kestra is 50, so I think I'll start a fresh toon.
Fraser Phipps.
The older brother of Weston Phipps, Fraser is the black sheep of the Phipps family, and a once respected chartered accountant who was arrested and incarcerated for insurance and pension fraud which left several companies bankrupt, hundreds unemployed, and thousands in Paragon City destitute. Fraser showed no remorse during his trial, and the stolen monies were never recovered.
With Weston running the charitable Haven House in Grandville, his good nature and kindness a godsend to the poor and homeless, its little wonder the two brothers cannot stand the sight of one another, let alone speak without a tirade of angry words flaring.

At least, thats how the two brothers play it. In fact, it was Weston's secret influence in Arachnos that helped arrange breaking Fraser out of the Zigg, and his brothers subsejuent escape to the Rogue Ilses. The two share tales of misery and suffering from time to time, with much joint amusement - out of the earshot of others, of course.
Fraser has since recovered access to the millions stolen in his scam, using them to fund his role as a criminal mastermind, with paid thugs and some of the latest technological equipment. He makes no secret he is not in it for the money - his 'nestegg' is already substantial - but for the sheer malicious enjoyment of it all.

Well, I made my character and decided to take some exciting action shots (lots of gun flash and the like). This required much rapid screenshot taking to get the perfect photo, which is here .
However, the main reason I posted it was to show another screeny which gives some indication of the perilous risks my toons take to produce these action packed pics (and to be honest I found it quite funny). Here it is .

Just created myself a rad/traps corruptor called Electric Ant. So this teamup is on Mondays, do we all meet by Kalinda and at what time? Sounds like it could be fun. Looking forward to meeting all you traps toons on Monday.

Tomorrow's the debut night! We'll all meet next to Kalinda, for the benefit of those who've not yet named their toons. I'll also put out a couple of shouts in Broadcast befroe we begin to make sure we've collected everybody who can make it.
The plan I think, will be to run through a few missions from Kalinda and/or Burke, just to level 5. I'd recommend auto-completing collaberative missions where possible, as in a large team we're likely to outlevel them fast.
If we hit level 5 tomorrow, we'll be able to go to Port Oakes and start paper missions.

Easy peasy.
/chancreate "Trap Happy Loons"
will create the global channel "Trap Happy Loons".
So just create whatever channel name you want
The channel creator gets admin status, after that, it's just a matter of deciding if you wan the channel to be private or not, and inviting whoever you want in if it's private, or just having them type /chanjoin "Trap Happy Loons" to join if it's public. Decide who else get admin status after that and you're pretty much done.
