I have been a long standing mamber in the SG for a while and when i had lots of time i was an officer, twice i have taken breaks. Both times i have asked Von to kick all my toons since i wont be playing them. Several times i myself kicked inactive players.

Thing is, when i got back, and when some of thoose inactive players got back they got in touch with me or an other officer and got an invite back to the SG. Its not like its permanent or anything.

If anyone gets kicked for being inactive its because well, you are inactive. If he then comes back and are active again he is ofc invited back to the SG. Members leaving (announced or not) and returning are a everyday happening. We kick because there is often someone active wanting a new alt/main into the SG.

We also have a "filler" SG for thoose toons that you want to keep somewhat in the SG but only play every other month if that.

All in all, we try to do everything we can to keep the SG as active and a fun place to be as possible. If players who sometimes are inactive cant deal with being kicked until they are back (i dont think we have ever denied anyone re-entry to the SG) they can post on our forums, here or send an officer an email/PM ingame or normal wice.

I was a Dirty Handprints member until about six months ago. I went inactive and knew I'd be removed - it's SG rules and it makes sense. I came back recently and was given a reinvite and made to feel welcome.

Like probably a lot of people here, I've played a lot of MMOs and been in a lot of guilds. DHP is the best run one I've ever been in. The leaders and officers put time into running events and the rules are clear, sensible and developed in consultation with the members. Noone could ask for more.

I have some free inf please and a miracle + recovery, thanks.

P.S. Don't think need to say anything as points have already been made but if people got upset from being kicked for inactivity (when rules pretty much clear) I be pretty much hated. Wait a second!!!

Hey all

Please see the link below to all the planned events we currently have running - this is updated regularly with an event everyday and more often than not 2 events running. The spots on these do go pretty quick and we usually end up running 2 teams for most - the calander contains a link to the thread on the forum so that you can pop your name down.

Well it's a busy time for us at the moment!

Tonight we have a Hide and Seek night! Lots of TF/SFs planned. Monday is our regular VEAT team night, Tues is our regular fire/rad corr and also all blaster/troller team night. There will soon be an ITF Race done on 5th diff. We also have a Creativity competition running too!

Lots going on, and our own forum www.thehandprints.co.uk is busier than ever!

Time for an update methinks (well I've gotta kill 30 mins somehow)

Our ITF 5th diff race had the winning team putting in a time of 1.45, and was very far from optimal, but managed it in fine form!

Currently have 4 regular teaming nights going, an all fire/rad corr team, an all blaster/troller team, and regular hero and villains superteams.

We are having a lvl 7 pvp tournament soon too. The voting is going on for our very own creativity competition and many other events being planned too! A fortnight of TFs is planned in september, and at least 1 TF can be found running every day.

Our forum is always busy, and spiffing new website will be up soon too! Also, many of us are now on each others Facebook, and have taken to playing the games on there too and killing each other there

For anyone looking for an invite to this SG, please sign up on our forums, or send a tell to me ingame @Mime Artiste, or @Von or @Enkil or just ask any Dirty Handprint you may happen to see, we are the ones in the green and gold!

The new Website is launched just go to www.thehandprints.co.uk and check out the swanky new site.

Loads going on including Teeny Weeny fortnight all welcome but a 2 week period of events planned around the under level 35's.

see the members testimonies, the hall of fame and the guide to teaming with us another great way to check us out before signing up!

Think its time for an update!

Firstly, The Handprints is now the Number One supergroup in Europe!

Mime has stept down as a Palmprint leaving Jacko (me) and Enkil (a long-standing member and former Palmprint) to fill his place. Its going to be a tough job taking over Mime's role, but I know we'll try our best!

We've got our great LGTF race coming up soon, this time between the Young uns (Team Nappy Rash) and the Oldies (Team Zimmer frame). And, as always we have a pleothera of events running!

If you want to join in on all this fun send a tell in-game to @Von, @Fire Emperor, @Spiffer, @Enkil or @Jacko (one of us is bound to be on!)

And Team Nappy Rash won in a time of 1:16:50. Well done to the team for a great run (impressive time for a 5th diff run with no ghosting and defeating all ambushes etc). I'd like to say it was because of my superior organising and strategy making skills but we all know that would be bull****

Thought it was time for a small update!

Not much going on at the moment, but im sure it'll get busier come i13.

As Tufty said; we had a great time on the ITF race, with the Young'uns coming in with a great time! Fun was had by all.

I think its fair to say that the Handprints is the biggest supergroup community on Europe and also perhaps the only completely self-reliant! I won't lie to you, we are a big PvE supergroup that doesn't tend to do RP'ing or PvP (although we do like to indulge in a bit of arena 'sillyness') all that much. If thats what you want, you're probably better off heading elsewhere.

On a brighter note, its not hard to reach us. Just send a tell to @Von, @Spiffer, @Fire Emperor or @Jacko. Of course, you could always sign up to our lovely new forum and sign up there!

Think thats about all there is at the moment! If you're interested in joining, you know where to look!

Missed a few things!

Yes, we do have prestige requirements, but its nothing to worry about really. Most of us have Supergroup Mode on all the time without any trouble. Its only 50k prestige per month per toon which really isn't that hard to earn really, and after you've earned that you're free to turn supergroup mode off.

And, no we don't farm, its something that just takes the fun out of the game really. If you're looking for supergroup 'farms', you're probably better looking somewhere else. Who needs to farm when you consider the amount of events we run anyway?

Just to correct a mistake in that earlier post, the prestige requirement per month is 20k and not 50k.

For anyone who may be put off joining because we have a prestige quota dont be!

I consider myself as a casual player and tend to only play for about 10hrs a week. When the quota was first introduced I was a bit put off and thought there was no way I'd be able to reach it but it really is an easy target to hit. From one TF alone you can get up to, or at least close to 20k prestige, and with TF's being run practically every day you'll be hitting target in no time! So if I can do it I'm sure others can

Oh and its 10k prestige for characters under 25, 20k for characters 25 and over

Another thing that is currently going on at the moment is the Handies attempt to do a MoSTF run. We had a dummy run at the weekend (people got the days mixed up ) which was quite successful and we only had 1 (well technically 2 but they were back to back with the same char) death! So hopefully we'll manage it in the next couple of weeks and can start again with a new set of alts/players.

And we did it!

MoSTF badge successfully gained for 8 Handy members. Well done to all involved

Damn j00!! *waves fist*

I need that badge, it will be mine!!

Anyway, agree that the prestige amount isn't hard, as tufty says, I did Posi last night on an 8 man team and got more than enough for that toon to pass the month with

I just wanted to say congratulations to all Handies involved in our impromptu MoRSF run tonight!

Very smoothly done guys

Yet another great MoLRSF tonight. Well done all.

Yep it was an awesome run that. Never thought I'de see the day my Domi would get to display that badge!

Wow, I haven't posted on here in a while. Time for an update methinks!

Looking back at the last update we had we had just finished our first MoLRSF; how far we've come! Since then in fact we've completed both the MoLRSF and the STF, multiple times even and we aren't going to stop there!

As well as this, we've just had another of our official handy races between Enkil and our new palmprint Princess Darkstar (or PD as he's often referred too), both teams got unbelievable finishing times; Enkil's team coming it at 1.07 and PD's at 1.17. On top of that both teams ran on invincible with strict rules of know ghosting, great job guys!

Im not sure whether our last superteam; the blaster/troller team had finished when I last posted, but they have now so congrats to them! Following in the footprints of their predecessors, two new team emerged from the dust; the the A.S.S team (all shields superteam) and the MM/Domi team. Both superteams are going strong and as with all handies teams aren't ceasing to amaze with the speed at which they chew through mobs!

So, were still the number 1 SG community in Europe with the DHP still holding the title of #1 SG in Europe and the CHP (our hero counterpart sg) coming up on #2 SG in Europe! Were still going strong running TF's/SF's and other events daily.

If you're interested, sign up to our forums, put a post in 'Please sign me up' thread and we'll procede from there!

Hello Union,

Seen as this thread has not been updated in other a year, I think i'll give a brief overview of what 'the Handprints' are and why you, our fellow player should join us.

Well what can I say about the Handprints? We're a community of players playing on both hero and villain sides, going strong since October 2006. Bursting at the seems with great members, we run at least one event at day (normally two), ranging from teaming and TFs to 'Hide and Seek' nights, PvP tournies and last but definitely not least, our all out high-difficulty TF races.

We are the highest earning prestige community on this side of the pond, with our hero and villain side SG's being number one ranked on their respective sides. Do not confuse us with being elitist though, we are the antithesis to this. We're just a friendly bunch of players that love teaming and having a laugh, whether it be on SG chat, our global channel or on our Ventrilo voice server.

New and experienced players alike are welcome to join this amazing great community that has been built up from the ground over the past three years so don't feel that you won't be welcomed, because you will!

So why not join and gasp with whimsical enjoyment at the experience you have been waiting for since you started playing this great game.

If you want to apply, simply contact @Von, @Fire Emperor, @Spiffer, @Emerald Cat, @Sid or me at @Jacko ingame. Alternatively, you can click here to sign up to our forums and post a message expressing your interest to join. By the magic of the interwebs we will know to look out for you in-game and make your joining us a whole lot easier!
