I have got to say i loved the music throughout, the vintage video 'Maestro Attacks' is a masterpiece! Congratulations!
One tiiiny error:'Somebody' has an 'e' in it, but i'm only mentioning it so you can correct it and it be perfect.
Imaginative, Very funny! - loved the evil maestro bits and him 'you bowdow 'ing' being used as a dramatic 'i'm pressing this button' made me laugh out loud.
Just needs that vintage static scribble noise on the vintage video for it to be timeless!.
Congratulations! - Obviously crafted with real talent, real love for the game and a great sense of humour.
I'm so jealous!

Which one of you can't spell archetype?

A very cool layout. I'm not usually into flash (I think I said the same about your last layout) - but you've got such a sense of style and your design is perfect for the idea you're trying to sell.

That would be me. Let me know where it is and I'll fix it

Thank you everyone who has responded so far. It's been a labour of love for me as well as some very, very, very late nights. I really do feel like I have run a marathon (metaphorically speaking). All of your feedback is welcomed and encouraged. I am so pleased that people like it

Very inspiring website.

Marvellous all round =D

Hellowie!

This website is just amazing. Simply Marvellous

I've wanted to create a website like this for one of my characters for some time. Although I was originally inspired by a webiste created by American player Bettie_Rage. I would imagine you would make a marvellous tutorial about getting started

This is the best website I have seen based on CoH, beating into second place your previous website! (Seriously, it is a very slick and professional creation!)

How do I like my MMOs? I like them the way Paragon Studios used to make them. - a fitting tribute from kiasa.org

Wow, that really is impressive. Love the video...can't wait for the next episode!

Great site Mr M.

On your biography it says:

Identity: Publicly Know

should this be Known?

Posted

Yes you're right it should

[EDIT]
And now it does

Actually it should have read 'Secret' and so should Miss' so I've changed them

Ironically it took me less time than making a post on here.

Hellowie!

Out of interest, how long does it take to create a website like that? Since it going from the old version to the new version didn't seem too long at all.

Thanks,

The Rot Hood.

Well I was able to use some of the coding from the old site on the new one so that cut the development time down alot. It works out at roughly 2 days a per page and 3 days for the navigation/design.

So 9 days or there abouts, but stretched over the last month and a half.

*Makes creepy squeals of joy*

That's not long at all. I would love to do something like this. Unfortunately, my knowledge in website creation and Flash use is minimal. But considering I thought this would take alot longer to do, that gives me time to learn

It does, it's a very steep learning curve and I've been doing this for many, many years. Your first attempt will probably take a few months or so to get right. Don't let that put you off though.

Another thing to remember is Marvellous Web uses databases to store information. You shouldn't need to do anything as complex as that for your own site. It's just that I'm a show off

Hellowie!

Seeing the website you've made has really geared me up for learning. I'm sure that the tutorial that you basically promised on your life to make will help too

Any websites or books you can reccomend for a complete and utter begginer?

If you check out the Art and Literature section you'll find the comic we made for the 'A Day In The Life' competition.

This is something that should have been online this morning but needed a little more work, so here it is

@Rot

There are TONES of books and websites that I use. For a complete beginners course then the best resource is flashkit.com but it depends what type of website you want to make, Flash or HTML.

I have decided to write several tutorials that will include things like 'Which site is best for me' and 'What Tools Do I Need'. I expect they will appear on our website when done

Well....I know what I'll be nominating in the August Creative awards
