An SG Rumble sounds like fun, but if I remember rightly, it's not exactly stable.

Well, if you create an SG on test you get 36mil prestige to play around with so having a couple of base raids isn't out of the question either. It just takes a while to set up.

count me in for this, i no several PvP'rs that wud like this to happen, we'll let u pwn violators first then we'll sort something out 
OK. If bases work, I propose the following settting.
8 Heroes (since you think we are overpowered)
Vs.
16 Villains. This should help a bit, if you wanna use a few lower lvls.
If we go to the arena, Im pretty sure we are willing to use the same setup (8 vs. 16)

50s
controllers: Ill rad , grav rad, fire kin, ice kin
blaster: ice em
scrapper: spines sr
i like NB's idea 8vs16 should pretty much even considering the team that we ll be brinbging down there. So Dr. Death let us know when you can so we actually fashionably appear in test server and creamate the whole lot of Violators

This is kinda the point.Is not so much pain when there are uber posts and broadcasts about sirens control and base raids that fly around and now heroes are suddenly a pain???I think excuses can be made after the massacre

as said in this thread, im sure the test-server download might create problems with attendance.. ill talk to my guys and see if we can make it work tho =)
and regarding my statements as uber-VG, yes.. we are uber-VG.. but facing heroes is still a pain.. im sure a combined defiant team would pwn us back to the 11th century.. our main strength lies in Base-PvP, since many of our toons (remember that CoV is still young) are Base-built since thats where our concentration is coz of IoPs in i7.
even this said.. ill do my best to meet this challange and ill talk to my members and try to convince them to get the test-server downloaded.
Note: btw, shouldnt it be more fun if we made a union VG team, SG team, and defiant VG/SG team and the 4 SGs could meet up either good vs evil or all vs all?? that would be great fun..
ill come back in a day or 2 afer a talked to my guys and give u an answer to this challange =)

You shouldn't have to download anything to set up the test server at the moment. The live build and test build are currently the same.

this is a fact ive actually been thinking of.. and since the entire European community wants to see us dead, humiliated and escorted off test in a bodybag, lets make sure there can be no excuses what so ever.. we will accept this challange, but we will wait for lvl 50 to establish in our VG (i reccon 1 month after i7 goes live).. the 8 vs 16 thing seems to me that numbers might overcompensate (guessing, dont know) the diff between heroes/villains and if u just have patience to wait 1-2 months, no1 can ever use any excuses about the outcome (even tho we all know what it will be 
) and if its not a close fight, then the only excuse would be that devs have done a poor balancing (tho i doubt it) between good/evil

That said, there is a general 'anti-violator' sentiment amongst some of the groups who know of them.
I know the 'Man Utd' syndrome could be quoted in that people don't like those at the top but it may be a little more than that.
E.V.I.L, for example, aren't far behind Violators on CoV yet they command a fair bit of respect. Same goes for The Horde.
On the whole, I've found Dr. Death has been helpful with any questions I've had on the VG/SG Leaders channel but there are many in my VG who do not want to PvP against them purely as a result of the attitudes they've seen some of the Violator members poting on here.
I know i've not seen many Union VG's using the 'we pwn all' posts that some of the Violators do which is why my guys feel that PvP against them will not about fun but about becoming another notch to boast about.
Thinking you are the best is one thing but arrogance and boasting is never the mark of true champions. Especially this early in PvP life as there are only 2 or 3 PvP groups on the Union Villain server so it's only a matter of time before some of the other expert CoX players put in a concerted effort to crack PvP.
I dont think whole European community wants you dead cause you are not that good imho.Furthermore judgin by the EXTREMELY evasive post by saying you wanna wait rather than settle this here and now kinda really shows to me the whole potential.
I made this post after talking with a few poeople and also basically because i saw the post in the MM section about WHO IS DR DEATH and thought to have a nice challenge against a potentially organised SG. Imho the amount of level 50's someone has is not an indication of how much experience and proficency he/she has within the game. Furthermore PvP on Co* started during same time period in USA and EU so level 50's dont show pvp experience. So come in PvP zone and lets see.Imho there is no point to really wait for 50 since we are offering exemp in zones or arena. But well like i said is a nice diplomatic way to skip the whole thing.So basically just send us a reminder when u think you can actually show up and maybe put a decent fight. Thread over cya in a month or two.

Also, a little note on this whole 'Heroes have an extra 10 lvl's of slots that make a big difference'
Fair enough, they do. However, I think people's opinions on how much use those 10 lvl's worth of slots are may be a little OTT.
- When exemped, there IS a weakening of those SO's to try and stop SO'd people exemping down to PL people. There is a thread about this knocking about at the moment and it has been confrimed by a Dev. Yes, there are still some benefits but not enough to really make a difference.
- The other point is that most of these extra slots are normally taken up on epic powers. As the exemp does not let you use those powers, you've essentially not got another 10 lvl's worth of slots.
Not to mention that a large number of people use their 40+ slots to slot their epic powers.
Besides which, if you're as good as you say you are then the extra slots shouldn't matter.
We're offering you twice the people we have. Surely that should counteract the fact that we have extra slots anyway?

ok, i will never again exaggerate, roleplay or in any way be melodramatic, to alternate the other boring text info... i will resign from using this forums (exceptions from my 'Union Leaders' post in the future, so that non of u ppl ever get reminded of high-scool bullys again.. i appologize to all the ppl that been crying all night long coz of my 'evil' posts, and offended ppl that felt infirior to me. having 10 lvl 50s dont mean im beter at PvP, but it do mean i have alot more experience, since i played this game several more hours than XX% of the ppl here (since i dont wanna make another loose statement i XX the numbers). It suprises me that ppl that get so aggitated coz i use the statement uber-VG and we are #1 active SG (its a fact that we are #1 active SG on union, check the top 100 ranking) has the balls to say that we arent that good??? like tainted greek has ever met us in the base-raids??? do i dare to assume u just made an assumption, based on ur own high thought of urself?? how is that any better than me? in your oppinion we arent that good.. unless u can back that up with any sort of facts, u should appologize.. since thats the same crime i did, to become a target in this forum!!!!!!
I made a misstake thinking that my obnoxious and tough attitude actually would create a more melodramatic figure and add some flavour into the posts i make, trying to be more than just an info-mercial. as of now, tough-guy will be the Violator representant on theese forums. Thoose that still uses 'Union Leaders' can even be man enough to confront me there if they have any complaints, or just quit incase they feel that they no longer need mine (or the community that nests there) advices.
Since im starting to feel persecuted in this post, i will no longer be interested in facing up in the discussed challange. and calling me a chicken and try to call out Violators to be all talk, and no action, will not work.. if u feel u want a good, honest fight, ur free to claim our IoPs in i7, and if u just feel u wanna humiliate me (or my VG) u can come and devestate our base.. but i will start taking notes in Bloody bay/Sirens Call/Warburg/Arena chat on who claims what, and i will seek out theese SGs/VGs in i7 and focus on the destruction of ur bases if u even breathe that u are 'uber'/good/or the dreaded: better than u comment..
