I expect them to last for a while, and if they don't you can just skip them. Using AoE attacks might keep aggro on you so the pets are a nice filler for your attack chain (so I hope)

If the pets are all at the same power that would be fine, I was just worried by the fact Brute pet names are all the weakest tier of enemies, have you seen how quick a +2 Lt can kill a white minion....
well if you like to play as a mastermind then you'll know about these things, and the solution; just summon another, it's that easy and whether you take it or not depends on what kind of pet you can get.

Mako's pet looks like a boss to me, maybe i am wrong, i don't fight Coralax that often

Huh? Did I miss something? I really just see one minion name on the list (the Mu Striker). The rest (with the notable exception of spiderlings) can be encountered as Lt´s and Bosses. And yes, the Coralax Guardian is a Boss... and quite a tough one if I might add that.

Does it have any type of buffs or heals? If it could buff up my defenses or throw out the odd heal (like the Mu Guardian) it could be quite handy for me. The Mu powers would fit my character look better (robotic em/ea) but they're my least favourite and I do enough energy damage anyway .
i got a feeling, like few epics of CoH, they will have a pretty long recharge before you can cast them again. Then again, if you can keep them alive.. you can easy go around with them.
Would be funny once a boss guardian could whipe out the whole MM pet set by himself, there goes the balance

well anyway, I'm going for ghost widow's powers, since I'm a corruptor I have a choice on SOul Drain, Dark Embrace, Soul Storm and Fortunata Mistress, gonna try get em all but Dark Embrace.
Just for clarification, the Patron summons for brutes are:
Ghost Widow: Blood Widow (Minion/Lt)
Black Scorpion: Arachnobot Blaster (Lt)
Sirrocco: Mu Striker (Minion)
Capt Mako: Coralax Guardian Sentinel (?)
So there is a mix of Minon and Lt pets in the mix.
Though they name refers to minion/lts, wont they just get a the 'henchman' status? I thought last night i saw a Mu guy as lt?

Yeh I know there are hundreds of threads on PP's but I posted on a topic that looked relevant however I'm 5 pages back hehe, so I thought I would chuck the main point on here too!

I hope it's just a name and look issue, because a 'minion level' pet to a Brute past lvl 40 is going to be 1 shotted by anything in the first spawn of +2/3's they run into!
Thoughts? Am I unduly worried?.....
