HAMIDONE!
I got a trick for that...
In a hami raid, i always set it so that character names are off, unless selected, then when you put the targetter in your friends list and select him, the's the only blue name in sight.
Plus, I put him on follow, so I rarely lose track, that way i can concentrate on attacking the mitos
Always works well for me
We built this city on Rock and Roll!

Works for a blaster maybe, but since Honsou didnt seem to engage the Mitos himself, follow didnt get me close enough for my melee attacks to hit. I had to use target closest enemy and follow to get me to the mito.
Making a keybind for follow was extremely useful though
And Honsou did get "offline or out of range" several times for me too.

I've never gone to a raid where I didn't lose the targetter from time to time so I had no problem with Honsou. I just looked for TGs underwear coz it was sure to be in the right place
"I can't find Honsou!"
"He;s got about 100 people following him, look for them instead!"
I must admit, It was wierd for me last night to come on and watch briefly.
Im so used to just being in there with loads of people following me.
It was kinda freaky to sit outside the bubble and see a huge mass of names swarming around like a mass of bees or something.
The first raid I did I had no idea where the targetter was for the whole thing. Instead I set myself to follow Spad as he was my team leader, so if I attacked anything I shouldn't have I could blame him.
Oh btw, nice job.

Im not targeting that way I do know.
Yeah same prob for me with targeting but Honsou was still dong his job so a minor gripe really. I just felt a bit silly running around like a headless chicken or standing around.
Well Union has just done it too.
When is the next raid?
We should have a small tournament on how many sucess storys we can have in the course of a month..
K
I'd like to say:
nice work to all those on the raid, Jiazy for leading us into the blob, and well done to all my holding teams, as well as my own team i led
Nice work all.. lets do it again!

The only problem I had was that I lost track of Honsou a couple of times and couldn't retarget him because he was out of range, meaning I had to fly about trying to find him again. Unfortunately, I don't think that anything can be done about that.

We're going to use 2 targetters next time, using /assist on the second one to ensure that both target the same mito. That way, if you can't find one the other might be easier to find. In addition, I'm going to try and minimize lag by making it VERY clear that you shouldn't be in the bubble if you're not attacking the mitos.
Next raid, we're going for one hour or less. Who's with me?
Edit: Also, if the targetter doesn't go into melee, type /assist when you have him targetted. That way, you'll switch from targetting him to targetting his target.
Now that we've taken Hami out, hopefully, more people will show up to the next raid. Which would make beating Hami's butt in less than hour, doable Possibly
The 50's
Ruby Dragon - ill/emp Troller
Rain Phoenix - fire/ss Tank
Seth Darkstar - rad/dark Def
Sorrow Phoenix - dm/reg Scrap
Por Siempre - ice/therm Corr
Prized Dragon - WS
Mari Darksoul - nrg/ice Blas
Nawty - fire/kin Troller
Macula - ice/fire Tank

We don't need more people, we need more organisation. The mito clearing was by far the longest phase, actually killing Hamidon himself took about 15 minutes.
I thought it was extremely well organized
But if you say we need more organization, then so be it.

3 levels and I'll be there, I'd have been there if you failed too

They were appropriately appalled

They're now putting it all together.

There we go simplicity. And as for time length I said last night on evo chat lets see if we can go for a record so Im in already.
The Mito clearing part is always the longest part isnt it? And I know alot like me were stood around with target trouble so Im thinking inaction equals slower clearing so you might be right thinking on that as the way forward to get the deed done.

THere was about 20 minutes or so at the start where the clearing group split in two, with the majority unable to find Honsou. Hopefully that won't happen next time.

I'm up for a "Speed-Kill Hami" raid anytime , just post a date/time and i'll be there.
Almost got my Empath to 45 so that would be different from being on the PA team for the last 9 Raids.
My thanks to the organizers, who did a great job.
