Depends on my mood and the time TBH. Doing a bit of community service for the lowbie/newbie types in the hollows is always popular, as is just hanging out in Atlas for a bit. Most of the time its a case of saying goodnight to my friends and logging.

Yep once im done on what ever alt im playing il sometimes log in my badge hunter and go hunting, or pop of to the hollows with my pb and do some random healing.
But most of the time i play right up until i log so its a fast "night all " across the chat channels and log.
I sometimes go to Atlas and speed boost the lowbies if I'm a little bored with missions. If I'm really not in the mood to mission I would generally log and watch a movie

Either i go play on 1 of my 12 alts (altaholic..) or just log out and continue on the other games i play. Since i dont have realy buffing powers, kinda useless to wander around and help people.

If im not doing much (and am asked) I usualy help out lower levels.
Usually end up joining the team, entering mission and quit team (leaving me in the mission). Then I spam holds, heals and buffs (SB and ID 
) till the team finish the mission.
I have exemp'd down but if its such a difficult mission then another low leveller isnt going to make much of a difference.
Benefits to team though is that they get the xp and end of mission xp and have the benefit of having a higher level hero on hand.
Idea: Lets make a community service channel on chat
I like that idea of a community service chat channel... i actually did have 1 set up but my advertising failed so it had 2 b shut down 
but if enuf ppl want a channel dedicated 2 helpin out the new players then i'll gladly re-open the channel! Just send an email to captain alpha 01 if ur interested in bein an operator on the channel or jus wantin 2 join!
Is there one for badge missions where people can advertise if they have certain badge missions available?

Spare Time? whats that? I've so many little heroes & villains going I don't have spare time, one of them is always calling for a little attention.
C&C Generals Zero Hour is a great tonic for when I need a CoX break though
Yea there is, it's called Defiant Events. Anyone in defiant can join, and whenever there's a GM out & about, or someone wants to set up a team for a TF or respec, they just send a message. Nice bunch there as well

Threre are three main things I do when I take a break:
I stand around in Atlas Park chatting to friends and performing sg administration.
Occasionally I will make a fun new hero, an AT and power combination I haven't really tried much, and run it up to level four to see how I like it.
Sometimes I fly around the Hollows, healing and buffing heroes struggling in combat against Trolls and Outcasts.

this weekend its gardening if it does persist it down of course

Sometimes? you only SOMETIMES do that?? 
Well when I'm bored of the level grinding I sometimes exemp down and help out some friends or like others used to hang around atlas giving sb etc. (In my hero days 
)
Or I'd go get myself killed in a bit of PvP but that has just turned ugly so stay away from that these days. So mostly just chat with friends or go help out exemped or whatever help is needed or throw SG event ideas around

Totally new to this forum so i thought i might aswell get stuck in and make my contribution! I wanted to do a little Analysis for the people of Defiant and the question is as follows,
"When you're tired of the constant lvl grinding and want to experience something else than fighting on CoH, what do you do? (For example meet new players and assist them in Atlas Park) Make your contributions i want to see what defiant people do when "they throw in the towel" for the day if you even do lol!
