The problem i got is i'm relying to much on aim to hit ppl, so i need to put in another acc instead of the recharge. but the down time i have on my attacks means i'm waiting to long to be able to hit anything.
Would it be worth removing chilling embrace to add hasten into the build?

Mainly this is PvE, with a little light PvP if needed. I had TK in my original build and hardly ever used it, i found it to situational. Thats why i left out EMP, simply as i could not envisage a situation where i would need it.

But i've hit a snag, which is the leadership pool. Basicly i've chosen manouvers and tactics, but when i read the description of assault, the taunt and placate def sounds to good to miss, my question is should i swap maneuvers with assault, or remove invisibility and get assault there instead?

I'm planning on double-teaming with my bro who is going for a katana/regen build. With this in mind as both of us will be doing damage is it more important to have the damage resist or damage dealing?
Bro hasn't set his mind to katana/regen yet so slightly OT.. what would be best to go with claws/regen and my above build? -

Im making a claws/regen scrapper and have put into my build Boxing (just to start it off), tough, and weave from the fighting pool.
Is tough and weave useful to me as a regen scrapper or would another power pool be of more use such as Leadership or Medicine?

Hi,
I was just wondering. Would it be better to slot Strike and Slash for damage or recharge/damage? E.g. 2 damage and 2 recharge or 3 damage and 1 recharge?
With claws I thought that its meant for steady damage instead of slow powerful hits. So.. what are your opionions on this, would taking 2 damages and 2 recharges be better than taking 3 damages and 1 recharge?
